so very Excited !

i know Easter isn’t until April 5th but i’m just so Excited for it ! i just ordered off of www.personalcreations.com Leighton a blue bunny face basket that’s going to have his name going down one of the ears and then a shirt that says “Chicks Dig Me” with his name also on it that he’s going to wear on Easter ! and every time i go out to the Dollar Store , or Walmart or Price Chopper , i catch myself getting him things to put in his basket ! tehe , i just can’t wait to see his Happy smiley face when he sees it and all the goodies inside ! 😊👶🐰👍

Monday night was the most Scariest nights of my Life .. the Worst experience i’ve ever had to go through .. Leighton & i spent the day with my friend Maria .. the whole day was Great .. Went to the Mall , got some things for me & Leighton .. Leighton was just smiley and happy the whole day as usual and took a little nap in the car on the way to my Sisters moms house .. At my sisters moms house my sisters Jade & Genevieve were there along with there mom just playing with Leighton .. Leighton ended up passing out on my lap on the couch that’s when me and maria decided to start head home

it was around 12am and i was putting Leighton in his Car seat .. I got the top straps on him and all of a sudden he pushed his arms straight up and starting shaking and turned beat red , his eyes rolled in the back of his head and his mouth started foaming .. I had no idea what was happening , Leighton seriously looked like the exorcist ! I could barely get him out of the car seat his body was so stiff .. But I was finally about to get him out and I ran with him back into the house and banged on my sisters moms bedroom door , when she opened the door i handed her Leighton and was freaking out crying , screaming .. I was just so scared .. we called 911 .. By the time they showed up we had Leighton laying flat on the floor his whole body was completely purple not breathing but still shaking and stiff .. The emts had to open Leighton’s mouth , it was locked shut , when one of the emt’s gave Leighton CPR he started crying and just stared at the ceiling .. while the emt’s were doing all this me , Maria and Genevieve were blowing up Tj’s phone to let him know what’s going on , when I finally got ahold of him and told him what happened and all that he said “and what the fuck you want me to do” then hung up .. I couldn’t believe that asshole .. His son almost died and he acts like he didn’t care one bit .. that just shot right through my heart …

In the Ambulance riding to the hospital Leighton was just staring straight not blinking or moving his eyes .. The emt tries giving him things to play with but he didn’t even try to reach for anything .. Wouldn’t move his hands , arms , feet , or legs .. He was still so stiff .. once we got to the Emergency room they put us in a room right away .. Where they started asking me all these questions and were checking Leighton’s body .. He had a 102 fever .. They took Leighton’s blood glucose that came back at 79 .. They had to take some of Leighton’s blood for a culture .. My poor little guy me , maria , and 3 other doctors had to hold him down while they were doing it , it was so hard to watch 😔

we stayed at the Emergency room til about 8am and then they moved us upstairs to the Children's hospital floor .. Leighton was scheduled to get an EEG Scan to see if anything his his body could of triggered the Seizure .. He kept running a 104 fever .. It would go down for a little bit and then go right back up .. Leighton was just so miserable I felt so bad for him .. Leighton’s EEG scan thankfully came out normal .. The Doctors finally came to the conclusion that since Leighton had an ear infection forming that is what cause him to spike a fever and go into a seizure .. A Febrile Seizure .. They send him home on Meds for his ear infection , to get his fevers down , and for his allergies .. They also gave medicine for incase Leighton ever has a seizure again it will help stop it.

i was up for 3 days/nights straight , no shower , same clothes , barely ate .. I was honestly to scared to fall asleep incase something happened like Leighton going into another seizure or something anything .. Also I was the only one there for Leighton and stayed with him the whole time .. Leighton’s father Tj didn’t even bother to show up to the hospital once .. It disgusts me .. But I don’t even care I’m just happy that Leighton is here and is better again and acting like his normal self again … I don’t know what I would of done if I lost Leighton that night , I don’t even want to think of it .. He is my everything and I will always love and care and be there for him no matter what .

it's been Two ina Half weeks ..

so i am now Happily to Announce that Leighton is Officially off Formula ! he is Now drinking Almond milk since he's Allergic to regular milk , poor little guy .. but whatever he Likes it so it's all Good 😊👍

Leighton’s First Birthday Party that was Thomas the ChoCho Train themed was a total success !! Leighton had lots of Fun with the whole Family and some Friends, Opened lots of presents and ate a whole lil cake to himself and also the Cake we had made for the party came out Amazing ! i couldn’t be anymore happier with the way things came out , i was actually really worried since this was my First baby’s birthday party I’ve thrown , all by myself ! haha 😜

Merry Christmas Everyone !! i hope Everyone has had a Wonderful day ! i Know i did .. it was Leighton’s first Christmas !! Me & Tj loved watching Leighton go threw his Stocking and Open all of his Presents this Morning ! he wasn’t really into ripping the presents open at first but he got the hang of it after the 5th one , haha , but Overall it was such a Great day & now Leighton is all Tired out from opening Gifts all day ! so Hopefully he won’t have any Problems going to Sleeepys tonight !! 😊👍🎄🎁

i Can't help but take advantage of the Free photo shoots at iSmiles Studio i get because of the iGrow program i have Leighton in ! This has been my Favorite shoot out of all of them so far , my son looks like a little back in the day Gangster baby ! 💚 all of the Workers in the Studio were all gaga over the Pictures , they were just so darn cute ! i'm so lucky to have such a photogenic baby boy ! 😊👍

December .

me and December have a Love/Hate relationship .. First off i Love the Christmas season and everything that comes with it ! and the Fact it's going to be Leighton's first Christmas just gets me so Excited , but then i Hate December because it is just an Emotional roller coaster for me .. as some of you know , my Poppy & Father both passed away last December a Week from each other then i had my Handsome son 2 weeks after that .. i go from Sad to Happy to Stressed to Excited .. My emotions are seriously all over .. also Today i was discharged from the Hospital .. 4 day ago i went into the Emergency Room because i was going into DKA with my Diabetes .. Which is a life threatening condition .. my insulin pump wiring wasn't working right which made it so my insulin couldn't get to my Body which just kept making my blood glucose levels higher and higher .. It took the doctors 2 days to get my blood sugars controlled and then they found a blood clot in my lung from a catscan i had but it wasn't a serious one , they gave me blood thinners and it went right away .. Thank goodness .. so Already this Month has been a Bunch of emotions for me .. i Honestly just can't wait for this Month to be Over with ... Til next year that is ... Hmp
