I maintained last week but it was my lw so I’m not too mad about it. 😌 I didn’t eat the best over the weekend tho and I’m def paying the consequences for it. so happy that I got my 10k steps in this morning and will be following my cal deficit for the rest of the day.
tomorrow might be hard bc I will be out for the day but I’ll be making healthy choices.

I’ve been doing cal deficit for two weeks & so far I’ve only lost 2lbs. I’m a little disappointed but I can see a difference in my appearance and how my body feels in clothes and it looks like progress. My goal for February is to hit a new lw and hopefully lose 5 lbs. 🤞🏽
