No After Sale Service FABER COOKTOP, CROMA STORES

Don't buy Faber product, DEL0111210084 This is my complaint number. This is in regards to irresponsible behavior of Croma customer service and Faber customer service and store management. My Order number is SOA161010002299 purchased on 28/10/21 at 4:19 pm. The product was delivered on 29-10-21 at my address. On dated 28th October 2021, We bought a Faber cooktop from Croma Ambitious Mall Vasant Kunj, Delhi, where the sales women offered me 2 years replacement plus 2 years extra replacement warranty on the cooktop. From the very same day the Jumbo burner of the cooktop wasn't working properly and I registered a complaint in Faber. On the same day I mentioned the same to the Croma store executive who called to know about the installation and he claimed to launch a complaint as well. We kept on waiting but no support was provided. Then we called again to Croma customer service and faber but no appropriate service was provided. The store phone number is switched off all the time. In today's date the Jumbo burner, one medium burner is not working and even the spark switch is problematic. This product is garbage and I did not recommend it to anybody. Till date we are waiting for a response but now the company denies that don't have any replacement policy which shows that they (Chroma and FABER) only mislead the customer and pretend to provide service which is actually never offered. The worst service I have ever got is from Faber and Chroma.
