The new season of jane the virgin is so aggravating. the only real good thing throughout the new season is jane and petra’s friendship. like when jane made the appointment to test mateo behind rafael’s back WHEATHER OR NOT she was in the wrong makes no excuse for him to bring lawyers into the picture. when he said something along the lines of “to make sure you never make another medical decision about my son without my consolation again” made me so angry. rafael was being so stubborn and it would’ve ended worse for mateo. and well i’ve never been a big fan of rafael this season he is being more aggravating than usual. they are very easy mateo and don’t discipline him enough. well that may just be my opinion rafael constantly undermines jane in parenting but gets defensive when jane does good things for their son. other than that i feel like because they gave the fans an ending where jane was with Michael they feel like they should give them an ending with rafael. but it backtracks everything worked for in past seasons. i have overall not been happy with the new season of jane. to any jafeal endgamers i feel michael was overall better for jane. even if you don’t agree you have to at least agree that this season hasn’t been good for them. sorry this covered many topics and i still have more to cover but yeah
