hello! this is shinee’s key. with summer approaching, i’ve come to find you today with a topic many people would appreciate and are curious about. it’s diet! for those who have a hard time losing weight in a short period of time through a strenuous method, i’ll let you know a meal that will help you stay healthy; moreover, you will be able to lose weight by having something delicious at the same time. first and foremost, about avoiding carbohydrates! if we stop consuming carbohydrates, the energy constituents in our body would start disappearing which is why we have to at least minimize our intake. second, about avoiding sugar. for this.. even if i don’t give an explanation for this, it’s obvious right? salt and pepper consumption is alright. basically, following an everyday diet plan is simple. protein (meat, fish, etc.) 100-150g + handful of vegetables + a bit of fruit + a small number of nuts. this way if you have three meals, it’s enough. depending on circumstances, you can have something else aside from fruits and nuts, or you can eat them together with a salad. then, shall i try making it?

firstly, i’ll use my favourite e-mart application to select required ingredients.

if you just select your preferred delivery time then?

tada! according to the given time it is delivered to your house. the kids i chose are? chicken tender, sprout vegetables, egg potato salad, and a salad pack!

i’ll start by preparing the chicken tender. 100~150g is moderate enough.

shall we try seasoning with basil, salt and turmeric?

just like the left picture, if you rub the seasoning evenly for the aroma to permeate the chicken and leave it for a bit, it becomes like the picture on the right.

the next step is? wash various greens and leave a handful in a plate.

also shall we try adding apples too? half of it is enough.

spread out the apple slices over previously prepared vegetables and finally garnish it with the ordered potato salad. if you add green sprouts over it then you can consider it nearly done!

and now we return back to the chicken tender! i will roast the well seasoned tenderloin in a pan.

roast it until it turns golden. wow…. looks delicious right?

if you put nuts atop the well roasted chicken tender then it’s complete!

i’m the type to eat without adding any special dressing but for those who really really dislike the taste of vegetables, if you pour balsamic crema it will do. so how was it? with this it’s possible to follow a diet that’s healthy and not too difficult, right? since it’s disappointing to part ways already, i’ll share a ‘yogurt smoothie recipe’ that i enjoyably drink in the morning.

certainly, well ripened avocados are the most delicious. the left one is still ripening, i’m choosing the right that has already ripened well. leave the avocados out for one or two days at room temperature, only eat the one that has ripened the best!

shall we groom the avocado? split it into half,

i’ll hack the seed with the knife. take care of your hand~ turn your knife around once and then! remove the seed.

put the well groomed avocado inside the blender with a huge spoon scoop 3~4 spoonfuls of greek yogurt and add it.

in this add 3~4 huge ice cubes with 1 spoon of honey!

if you grind all these ingredients then? yum yum yum it looks delicious!!!!
