that's such a good question- I feel like they're neck and neck.

funny enough, I feel like they both use fashion as armor- Oberyn has his robes that are made for Dornish weather, they proclaim his status in life and I firmly believe it all means something.

Javi also has his clothes proclaim his status in life- or at least what everyone thinks is his status. He's gotta look the part right?

For me I think Javi would have more fashion sense, but not by much.
