I agree. These are my three most cherished movies. They gave flight to my imagination (and in the case of The Dark Crystal, some nightmares lol) and I will love them forever. Legend's up there too. I do wish there were more like these to enjoy.

theres such a gap in the market of this kind of aesthetic that feels so missing. i dont even have nostalgia for this time i wasnt born, but it feels so authentic and whimsical.

Okay, when I fell down this rabbit hole last month I was a giggly mess about it because I didn't think it really existed beyond Japanese otome CDs. There are definitely some guys out there who, as a friend of mine and I used to say, "give good phone" and I do love me some audio pr0n.

The fact Leander heavily has symbols of rebirth, it's just interesting that white lilies not only symbolizes purity, commitment and rebirth. It's also rejuvenation.
