hoyoverse is grinding my gears. they're powercreeping the only way they can: by releasing units with insanely high damage ceilings (natlan dps, arle, neuv, and now skirk) because the only way they can diversify their gameplay is by ballooning enemy hp or using reactions that are specific to characters (nighsoul).

which immediately and noticeably puts older genshin units down for the count as they either: are not in the niche being carved for hyper specific modern units/they simply do not have the dps capabilities needed to clear.

i don't really play genshin nowadays, but it's so fucking scummy how like wuthering waves they're becoming, with the premium supports absolutely needed for newer dps, without the balance kuro games has.
