had a super frustrating workout today literally started crying as soon as i left. body dysmorphia is just hard idk what i look like it could be worse or better than i actually do. squatting is so awkward for me and i can never move as much weight as i want. just going to keep on track keep going bc consistency will hopefully just get me where im going. but for real i need my squat sets to be at 200 at least asap it’s so embarrassing that they’re not.

once again i am extending my cut because a lack of willpower. was going to end in september but i know i wont be where i need to then. all month i’ve been fucking up my diet and i need to lock in. starting tomorrow strict 1600 cal limit. swapping running for stair master. 6 days in the gym no excuses. one cheat meal a week. i want to end the cut in october around halloween so i can add a few hundred cals to my diet and do a powerlifting comp this winter. i need this to go how i want. making this for accountability.
