hey so like I'm totally normal about sweet tony now guys(we do not need to know why I draw him with fangs ok) I had the idea of my incompetent employer OC really liking sweet tony for some reason as a joke at first but now I can't escape it. Proprietor, the employer that loves to ragebait the other employers and really likes Sweet goddamn Tony for some reason.

Hi! I've only recently started following your work!

I saw a post about one of your OCs - Mag-agent V54, I'd like to hear some facts about her,,,For example, how she relates to other Mag Agents – Torture, V2, V4 etc (srry for silly question, nothing else came to my mind (^_^;)....)

(by the way, I really like the way you draw, especially Church and Jorge)

Somehow I haven't seen this until now I am so sorry,,, a few months late but it's better than never I guess She has a bit of history with MAG Agent Torture in the sense that they used to be co-workers before V54 was sent off to work for/look after Proprietor(my employer OC), and I imagine the two of them got along decently well(probably due to being made in the same place at around the same time + having similar problems going on) until V54 had to leave him behind(the 54 in her name doesn't really mean anything that's just my favorite number). I'm unsure how she'd feel about the rest of the MAGs though, but she probably wouldn't like any of the rest of them. Speaking of Proprietor, they and V54 act more like friends than anything else(V54 hates their taste in romantic partners but that's not important rn).

Sorry for the some-what brief response I am a bit tired at the moment of writing this.

Also thank you!! I really enjoy drawing C&J so I'm glad at least someone enjoys the way I draw them.

What do you like about Church?

That is. A bit of a hard question to answer but I will try

At first it was because of their design honestly, especially the whole electricity theme and the fact that the lenses in their gas mask look like angry eyes.

But now? Oh man. I see a lot of myself in them in some really abstract way. A lot of it is just projection but I'll explain the parts that aren't projecting and is actually stuff about them + some headcanon adjacent stuff.

I love the dynamic that they and Jorge have. They act so much like siblings in my mind, and this is the most obvious in their plush ad. You cannot tell me that Church breaking something and then saying "Jorge is gonna fix it" isn't sibling behavior. It sort of reminds me of how close I used to be with my sibling irl. They, to my knowledge, do basically everything together, and one of them would probably freak out if the other isn't there(if they don't know where they're going that is). They're the only people that can understand eachother. This is the reason that I feel iffy about people shipping C&J tbh since I think they can be allowed to have a strong platonic relationship(after all they are meant to CONTRAST sanford and deimos not just be bigger stupider versions of them I would imagine).

I really like their loud and confident personality, and I think it's a bit of a shame we don't see more of this in their MPN2 voicelines since they only have like 40 seconds of them. But I like the fact that they seem to have a bit of a more silly side(their little "heheh"s in the plush ad, and the way the lenses on their gas mask do a "^_^") despite how tough they act most of the time. I think this has?? Something to do with the fact that G03LMs generally have a more "gentle" nature, and how despite the fact that they're defective some of that is still there. I genuinely believe they weren't kicked out of the nexus core because of their lack of skill, in fact they're stated to be stronger than a lot of other g03lms, rather they were kicked out because they didn't fit the mold of "formally speaking Tower Guard with shiny armor". And the fact that both they and Jorge have a similar defect speaks to how he's the only person that can really understand them.

On top of all this (this is going more into headcanon territory and disregarding how they got he/him-ed in their plush description since I believe gender is up for interpretation in madcom anyway) I like how they can be interpreted as a more masculine leaning non-binary person as opposed to just some guy. I personally see them that way anyway and I'm sure a few other people do.

with church and jorge, how do you think they ended up with sheriff? what's they dynamic like with him, and by extension the other mercs?

Well, personally I think they were told by the nexus core that they would "have a new job" and sent them over to MERC without very much notice(much like how we're shown in their plush ad I suppose). Regardless of the context I imagine the two of them would be excited to leave the nexus core and go somewhere else that they've probably heard good things about.

As for their relationship with the sheriff? I honestly think sheriff didn't like them all that much at first, in fact they probably scared him out of his mind a lot of the time. However, as he got to know them he slowly developed a bit of a soft-spot for the two of them. Not necessarily seeing them as his kids or whatever but still affectionately calling them "knuckleheads" or something including the word "boys". The two of them probably call him dad as a way too annoy him while they actually just refer to him as "boss" normally.

But with the other MERCs? I'd say they just put up with them, some of them like them some of them don't. They at least like C&J enough to not insist on having them leave(they kinda have nowhere else to go anyway). Unsure what the cake they give them during the credits of MPN2 is about?? Maybe it's because revival is a kind of exhausting process + I imagine the two of them really like it anyway and it's given to them so they won't freak out after being revived. ok that was a very long winded answer but here you go
