A year ago today my favorite furry companion of nearly 18 years left the earthy plane. It sounds silly but so much of my everyday joy left with him. He was my tried & true buddy whenever I needed a laugh, a hug, a break from life. His presence never failed me. Even clients from time to time will bring him up recalling what a character and wonderful “Reiki buddy” he was for them when they came for sessions. I still think of him & miss his physical presence everyday. Day 1 #meditationresolution Theme: Sankalpa, heart felt intention. My intention within my meditation each day is to remind myself that I am not my mind, I am not my thoughts. They so easily take over throughout the day and meditation is really the only way I can disconnect at least for short periods of time & really helps set the tone for the rest of my day. Holding this intention reminds me that no matter what happens I simply “am” and nothing that happens or doesn’t happen to me will diminish my connection to “all that is”, the Universe, the Divine. 🙏🏼❤️. Obsessed with my Labradorite-Moonstone-Sodalite Pendant & Turitella Agate ring I was gifted for Christmas!!!
