Chamomile:
Used for its calming properties, can help with sleep. Pairs well with lavender or lemon balm.
Also shown to have benefits for helping with mild or moderate anxiety and depression.
More recently has been suggested to help women with premenstrual syndrome.
Heat water to a boil, pour approximately 8oz. Of water for each teaspoon used.
Let it steep for 5 minutes.
To get the sleep benefits, drink about an hour before bed.
