Lost count and it's barely been ten days. But this is still helping. I'm remembering that it's about being comfortable in our positions.
I went on a hike with my dad on Saturday and had ballet tonight. So here's more post workout yoga, silhouette style.

Day 8.
Another post workout stretch. Less of a yoga flow though, being distracted by the TV. But I still did it. You do what you have to, to get through it. Still feels good. Hopefully it won't rain tomorrow.

Day 7.
Full body day. Actually forgot to record my workout )which may be a good thing). So I got outside and did some yoga to share. Being outside and present was just what my body and mind needed.
I really let the flow come today, instead of trying to think of what should come next. Maybe I should start taking yoga classes.
Do/have you had formal yoga sessions? Was it worth it?

Day 6.
(Yesterday)
The video wouldn't upload but here we go:
Day 4: yoga with my students
Day 5: rest day (new tattoo)
Day 6: abs. I want to do inversions so I tried an ab exercise in a handstand. I really didn't want to workout yesterday but I'm glad I did.
Can you do inversions? What's your process? Any suggestions?

Let it begin. I reactivated my 17 year old Tumblr to help motivate me to start working out/stretching again. If you see this, then let's do it together.
