Testing the waters here with the Makhnovian flag. Makhnovia is one of the most well known of anarchist societies, it's battle against the state apparatus lasting as long as it existed. From 1918 to 1921, Several small communes were protected by Nestor Makhno's Revolutionary Insurrectionary Army, known mainly in modernity as the Black Army. At the head of the spearhead conflict was the U.S.S.R, who, over three years, had come to finally end the anarchist uprising. This is the only example of a socialist nation interacting with an anarchist society (while distinctly seperate) to date, and has led to a small amount of bad blood among leftists still.
