Sci-fi films have a long history of prop reuse, with one of the most well-known examples being the 1956 film ๐‘ญ๐’๐’“๐’ƒ๐’Š๐’…๐’…๐’†๐’ ๐‘ท๐’๐’‚๐’๐’†๐’•. This Armillary Sphere, also known as the "Astrogator," played a significant role inside the spaceship. This red Tudor gown was designed for Glenda Jacksonโ€™s portrayal of Elizabeth in the wonderful 1971 miniseries ๐‘ฌ๐’๐’Š๐’›๐’‚๐’ƒ๐’†๐’•๐’‰ ๐‘น. ๐Ÿคฉ The gown was loosely based on a painting by William Scrots of Elizabeth as a young princess. ๐ŸŽจ ย  The dress went on to be used in the 2000 documentary ๐‘ฌ๐’๐’Š๐’›๐’‚๐’ƒ๐’†๐’•๐’‰: ๐‘ป๐’‰๐’† ๐‘จ๐’„๐’„๐’๐’‚๐’Š๐’Ž๐’†๐’… ๐‘บ๐’‚๐’ˆ๐’‚ ๐’๐’‡ ๐‘ฌ๐’๐’ˆ๐’๐’‚๐’๐’…โ€™๐’” ๐‘ฝ๐’Š๐’“๐’ˆ๐’Š๐’ ๐‘ธ๐’–๐’†๐’†๐’, ๐Ÿ‘ธ where Imogen Slaughter wore it.
