@coordinatorofthecia I have come to the conclusion that I don’t actually want Gallifrey. I mean what is the point in having? Sure thew Caldera would be nice but that’s really it? And I can probably find a better one and the Center of the Earth.

So I will be willing to withdraw all Faction Paradox forces and the Rutaran Peacekeeper fleet should several conditions be met.

I have lost 26 of my 167 cousins and three of my 26 uncles. This may not me a sizable loss but I do not feel that this continuing conflict is in the best interests for either of especially considering the fact I control you prisons and a sizable chunk of the CIA headquarters. These lands will of course be returned to you.

2. House Paradox back when it was a House did legally recognise and have legally recognised but the other Houses non Human Time Lords the Faction Has kept the tradition. For an end of conflict surely you be willing the accept this minor semantic agreement it is hardly much to say yes we are an independent of world group of Time Lords. We are fully independent already you have no way to impose control over our alter time realms and you never have been able to. I would also like to add that part of the main reason for the end of this conflict is that the War in Heaven is of more concern to us than this lesser Homeworld. We can not be renegade if we are treated as an independent power this is part of the reason for this term to stop you imposing any unexpected post conflict reprisals on us and to stop you invading our territories.

3. Unfortunately representatives can officially not be disarmed in such a way and the shadowless are far to unstable be trusted to not cause a diplomatic incident. Those with our a weapon are not fully educated and thus are not suitable for negotiation as well. We will of course grant you constant observation of our representatives outside of the embassies (but not with in as the interior dimensions will exist in one of our alter time realms.

5. Our control over this time period is primarily a defensive holding and changing it to much would risk jeopardising the stability of our headquarters and primary territory. CIA Intervention will be treated as an act of war.

14. You mis understand how our wording was poor. We the Faction wish to have time to remove our weapons and so render your city safe. This show of good faith we hope to be considered towards our other demands.

And yes we do control them they are very easy to hijacker the fact is just to state the are areas I have solid control over they will of course be returned. The far north of the city is almost completely under our control as well however as we have said we wish to return them after peace negotiations have concluded.
