That is how love should look like. I adore it.
I like bares faces and imperfections. I like genuine laughter and gentle smiles. I like morning voices and messy hair. I like honesty and deep conversations. I like the way people look when they are lost in thought. Or reading, completely lost in another world. I like people who are trying. Who are not afraid to admit that they are not perfect.

If you are a creator, you'll never fear AIs, because: 1) You'll continue to create your own stuff without them. 2) You'll continue to create your own stuff by implementing them. If you have no creativity, you'll fear them ALWAYS.
Adapt or omit, and keep going.

A friend of mine invited me to go to the cinema for a special event.
We watched an animation movie called Paprika which, to be honest, i didn't know. I ended loving it: it is thrillling and it the genre of movie that I love.

"we who study humanities are lucky because to us nothing loses meaning, of course we won't be reading a book from the 1400s the same way they did back then, but with time it acquired more and more meanings and we can still find things to reflect on today"
and with this random reflection this professor won me over

you’re not “behind” on your story. you’re building something. and sometimes building requires standing in the ruins for a bit.

in case you're wondering how my writing is going, I just typed out the sentence "crowned with the golden crown", stared at it for a solid 2 minutes and then sighed and tabbed over to tumblr

Hardest part of writing is accepting that some people will not fucking get it & you just have to like cope with that because over-explaining it just makes it worse

Hi there
Today I have gone shopping for groceries.
While I was waiting for payment, a girl behind me accidentally dropped a bottle of tomato sauce. It broke on the floor, pieces of glass were everywhere.
I asked the girl if she was fine. Her sneakers were a bit dirty but, fortunately, she was not hurt. I handed a tissue to let her clean herself a little bit. The shop assistant checked on her and kindly reassured her then started mopping the floor.
The look on the eyes of the girl made me tender. She seemed a bit ashamed and guilty. It made me want to hug her. Then she silently left.
At the end, even though a bottle of sauce was wasted, the girl was fine and that was the most important thing.
Remember to be kind with the others. It's not difficult, doesn't cost anything and makes you and others feel better. If it is needed, a hand is always well accepted 🤍

I love how humans have literally not changed throughout history like the graffiti from Pompeii has people from hundreds of years ago writing stuff like “Marcus is gay” “I fucked a girl here” “Julius your mum wishes she was with me” and leonardo da vinci’s assistants drew dicks in their notebooks just for the banter and mozart created a piece called “kiss my ass” so when people wish for ‘today’s generation’ to be like ‘how people used to’ then we’re already there buddy we’ve always been

Just come back. I didn't have time to get off the train that I ran to the university to attend a lecture. Wanna only eat, drink water and sleep all day.
Acting class went well. We learned the so called "crucial and final" activity to do to create a character. Of course it is not so easy and I had many difficulties but the effect on me while I was acting was amazing.
I succeed in maintaining a character (and cry, that usually is quite difficult for me) working with a partner that was not so helpful.
I'm so proud of myself!
My mind still reminds me of the voice of my teacher to my classmates: "No no, leave her alone, do not touch her" that practically means "Let her cook, she's doing a good job all alone".
I'm still excited. Can't look forward to next lessons. I already know that they will be more difficult 'cause the sujbect we will be taught about could be mentally stressing.
I think that was one one the best scenes I've ever done in this school!

If you outsource the act of being a fan to AI, what does that leave you? Fan creators are powerful because they’re deeply participatory media consumers—they don’t passively absorb a work, but grab onto it and reshape it to their will. Large tech and entertainment corporations prefer the passive: they want us sitting there, clicking a button, as stories wash over us like the automatic scroll of a video app. Next, next, next.
For fanfic writers, it can feel like generative AI is closing in on all sides. … But isn’t writing the whole point of fan writing? The incomparable Elizabeth Minkel shares her take on the intersections of fan culture and the rise of AI. Read more over on the blog!

Pros of re-reading your own fic
a good time;
Has exactly the tropes you like and the characterization you want to read;
Gratification: yes you did finish a thing and yes you did do good;
just a very fun time all around.
Cons of re-reading your own fic:
Is that another TYpO

i used to be so good at writing strong, thoroughly-researched, thoroughly-edited essays.
as a kid in hs, my teacher literally came up to me, holding my 40 page essay on the intersection of the European witch hunts and capitalism/exploitation/gender roles (it was supposed to be 7 pages...whoops) and went like "this is literally a master's-degree level thesis. what are you doing?? you could literally use this as your final dissertation in a master's program, what the fuck."
NOW??? NOW?? you'd think I'd be oh so skilled. but alas. i can barely piece together two ideas. adhd skill-regression is so so real. im SOBBING
