it's been a while since i've gone on here tbh and i really do miss it... but i decided i'm gonna leave this account where it is now! thank you guys so so much for always giving the things i wrote so much love and i can't explain how happy that made me. btw, i am gonna have a new tumblr acc since i didn't like how this one ended up developing. it's gonna be @rikiologyy which is still a work in progress but i'm still moving stuff around, organizing yk. so im gonna keep my old works on this blog and new works will be posted on the new one.

it was such an important time for yunjin, her dreams were literally becoming a reality. she genuinely couldn’t be any more excited and neither could you! which is exactly why you took her out today to have fun and celebrate.

“mommy!! wana get ice cream!!” she jumped as she held your hand. she had the biggest smile on her face, her eyes in small crescents. she was truly so happy you could cry. “from where baby?” you asked pulling out your phone from your bag to get your gps ready. “hmmm…” she looked around while thinking.

“oooh, wan’ from orange leaf!” she jumped again. “orange leaf it is then!” you smiled at her as she jumped once again in happiness, walking with you holding her hand and her swinging both your arms. the whole way she was gushing about how excited she was and all you could do was smile and nod.

she couldn’t stop talking but you didn’t mind, you loved when she got this excited. as soon as you got to orange leaf, she ran inside and got the small cup. “mommy!! vanilla!” she exclaimed while pointing at the little handle where the ice cream would come out of. “you know what baby? i think today you can get however much you want.” you let her know as you got your own cup.

her eyes lit up like stars and she started giggling excitedly as she served herself some ice cream. you also got your ice cream and followed her to the toppings, watching her pile fruits and gummies over each other. you weren’t gonna stop her at all. it’s her special day, so why not?

you paid and left the building to walk around with yunjin. she started asking to sit down so you both looked around for a bench. when you finally found one, she ran to it and plopped down on it. “hurry nd come here mommy!!” she called you. you hurried and sat down next to her while still eating your ice cream.

you two were sat in a park while watching the sun go down. since you both had gone out later in the afternoon, the sun went down pretty quickly.

“thank you mommy… had fun!” yunjin smiled as she leaned her head on your shoulder and finished up her ice cream. “you’re welcome baby. i’m glad you had fun. and i want you to know that i am so proud of you love.” you smiled and pat her head. you both truly couldn’t be happier than this.
