I loved drawing it and I'm honestly surprised, thought I would have gave up after 30 minutes

anyway I put too much symbolism in this

Just when I was finally finishing my last drawings of Caribert with the intent of stop drawing him.

I have my first artist alley this week end so for the occasion I've make a new Ib print ! It's one of my favourite games, it's been so long since I draw them !

If you know my account by now you've seen I draw Caribert way too much but the character I really love is his dad...The first quest gave us crumbs and I'm gladly making fanarts from it, Caribert's mom doesn't have a name or a design ingame but THAT WON'T STOP ME

Why are hilichurl so hard to draw? I feel like after 2 years of drawing them I only now start to get better at it with their fur, which is good because it means I can finally draw them more !!

One month ago I made a fandesign for Caribert's mother and it looked, I may have screamed when I saw the livestream. Anyway now I can finally modify the clothes with a more accurate reference ! So here are some tests ig, it was honestly a little hard with her silk scarf as it doesn't blend well with byzantine fashion but I tried !

How Bedtime Story really went inside of Caribert's head

Ok sure in canon we basically saved Atossa from being dumped but I'll never forgive the Traveler for interruping their goodbyes, Caribert even sacrified the last moments he could have had with Atossa to give the twins a picture together

The two "characters with memories-based powers not allowed in the story" made a collab !

Namine illustrating Caribert's fairytale from the AQ, because I have the power to draw anything and my children need friends

Caribert was what made me realize I had a favourite trope between him, Namine/Xion/Roxas, Beatrice from Umineko....Well it was useful in therapy lol. And now it makes me happy to draw these characters having a good time like they deserve

My two children.

She's like a moon in a sunny attire, he's a ray of sunshine in the star realm.

She's a child of the sea and long for the shining outside, he was born in the sunless underground.

Her story is just at its dawn, his has ended at dusk.

HEAR ME OUT: Roxas having an identity crisis because of the nature of his existence, being insecure about himself and trying to be look different. I wrote this at a time I was really insecure about myself and my art, feeling like being inspired by others meant I was copying them and I didn't know anymore who I really was. And then I fell into my Seasalt Trio hyperfixation again and OF COURSE that they would resonate with me !

(dont mind the inconsistent drawings my wrist pain was really bad at that time so i didn't push myself too hard)
