Despite how funny Wild’s response is to Wars’ question, what exactly does Wars mean by that? What is he exactly trying to ask? Does he want to know what the other members of the chain have in store for their future? Does he even know what he wants to do in the next 5 years?

We get Wars lore and are now left to ponder until the next update…

just saw a video of two rabbits playing and i can only think of legend.

legend when he was younger who liked to hop around with his uncle and would play leap frog together (but he was the only one jumping over.)

legend who doesnt get to do that anymore because of his constant joint pain, the constant adventuring that he never gets a break from, and the sadness that it brings him with the memories of his uncle.

legend who only finally got to play and hop around again when hes well into his adventure with the others. he only ever plays with hyrule though, and occasionally sky.

hyrule asked him once what he used to do for fun when he was younger and legend explains how he would hop around and jump over his uncle, it was a way to burn off energy while also having fun. hyrules never done anything fun like that before so when he asks legend to show him, legend doesnt think twice before getting up and teaching him what he used to do.

hyrule mightve not had the best childhood but by god legend is gonna try and let him have a fun teenager hood at that moment, what kind of predecessor would legend be if he didnt try and teach hyrule the things that he used to do and the things he learned throughout his adventures? (even if its a silly game he used to play when he was younger.)

later sky would find them both hopping around and over each other laughing as they chase each other around. skys never seen legend so carefree and happy before, hes glad its with hyrule of all people cause he knows how close those two are (sky eventually joins in at the insistence of hyrule) (legends way of getting sky to join in was tell him his old man bones didnt let him move like he used too. even tho legend is well aware of how swift sky is)

A continuation of this post of why Sky & Twilight are a perfect pairing

We know from the last update that our Skylight duo works perfectly together, but lets go farther into it.

Twilight get's hit right in the spot where he was injured in the last major updates. As we can see, Sky is immediately on alert after this but he doesn't make it known.

In a situation like this, if Twilight was with any other member of the chain there would've been a huge outburst of protection for Twi. One of the reasons that Wars suggested for either him or Hyrule to be with Twi was to prevent things like this happening.

But it's actually a good thing that this happened.

After Twilight get's hurt he takes matters into his own hands and uses his skills to gain the upper hand. Again, if Twilight was with anyone else I doubt they would even allow Twi to even use his sumo skills on the enemy.

Henceforth, why Sky was the perfect choice.

Sky is worried for Twilight, that is known, but he doesn't outright show it. He see's that Twilight is able to take care of himself and simply asks him if he's okay. Sky doesn't hover over him or mother him at all, because he knows that Twilight will be okay and will speak up if he needs too cause Twi trusts him.

Everyone trusts Sky to some degree and that is really important to me.

Sky is very laid back but also very protective of those in the chain, it's why everyone trusts him so much, we've seen it from Legend, Twilight, even Time.

I don't even remember what this analysis was supposed to be about but, moral of the story is that. Sky knows how to read the room and everyone trusts him greatly, Sky is also very understanding which is a factor in why everyone trusts him so much.

Sky makes sure that whenever he can he will be picking up anyone in the chain.

With the older members of the chain he grabs them by the waist and hugs them, with the younger members of the chain he either grabs them by the collar (if they’re misbehaving) or he picks them up by the armpits and holds them like a baby if they’re willing.

No one knows how Sky has achieved this amount of strength but he will never tell them, Sky keeps everyone on their toes and he’s allowed too as well.

It should be known too that while Legend is embarrassed at being picked up he secretly likes it (something about the thought of being loved for, being cared for, and being held in the arms of someone he trusts comforts him.) :(

Sky's love language is "picking you up" actually

I just fully believe that Sky is the kind of person who absolutely makes sure he's strong enough to lift up any one of his friends (yes, including Groose) and being as he's clingy, that carries over to him liking carrying his loved ones around as well. The 'pick up' urge is not limited to animals and Legend when turned into a bunny, no! It applies to everyone, and that would 100% include Time and the professors of Skyloft if he was particularly happy with them.

This man lifts when he hugs. Definitely gives "spin you around while hugging you" vibes, especially with Zelda.

He will totally be the type of dad who refuses to stop lifting his kids up, and if they get too big for him to carry he will probably be utterly broken hearted and training to be stronger just so he can lift them again, because nothing matters more to him than keeping his loved ones close and safe, and right up in his arms is the best place for that <3
