So we start with Volund In his workshop and he's inspecting the Sepia products that suddenly arrived at the Pays Blanc black market. He's wondering why would Sepia be suddenly giving away items like that and there's no way it arrived there by accident

Meanwhile other places like Amberdon Surtsey and Obsidonia also got these items from Sepia

Back to Pays Blanc Free City we see one sailor who is doing manual labour and he sees the Sepia package. He knows this stuff is illegal and is gonna report it till he was stop by an unknown voice

The Free City sailor was stopped by a bunch of people from Sepai and asked why would he report the package he found. He said that this items were illegal and he'll let his bosses handle it. He doesn't wanna get in any trouble with it cause he might get fired

The two Sepia guys introduced themselves to the Sailor. The big guy's name is Magritte head of the Sepia sales department and soon to be the next boss along with him is one of his subordinate

Magritte wanted to talk with the Sailor somewhere more private

So they brought him into an empty shack and lock the door, Magritte explained that this package is for him and him only and it'll be a shame if he just give it to the authorities

The Sailor seems Hesitant to accept it cause he doesn't wanna get in trouble. But Magritte still Insists he takes it
