Katarina: The prizes are some kind of commemorative items. This time, I have made items with everyone's motifs.

Maria: Items with motifs?

Maria tilted her head, her face showing she didn't understand. I told her, "For now, just draw a lot". I held out the box, and had her draw a lot.

When she opened the lot, there was "3" written on it. 

Katarina: Let's see, "3" is… Ah! How embarrassing. It is a stuffed toy in my image.

I felt a little embarrassed that my own item was suddenly drawn, and when I gave the stuffed toy in my image to Maria,

Maria: A stuffed toy of Lady Katarina! I am so happy!

It made her so happy. Maria is so kind.

Geordo: So we get this kind of thing. Well then, let's do it.

After seeing Maria's prize, everyone was unexpectedly fired up.

I gladly accepted the basket and looked inside. As I expected, it was packed with Maria's homemade sweets.

Katarina: Uwaaah~ They look delicious. Can I have one?

Maria: Sure, please do.

I took a cookie from the basket and brought it to my mouth.

Katarina: Delicious! It is so crispy and warm!

With the exquisite sweetness spreading in my mouth, the crispiness, and the warmth, it was just so delicious.

Maria's homemade sweets looked so delicious when I saw them in the game in my past life, so I had been yearning for them. Being able to taste the real thing like this every day, that's just luxury!

Come to think of it, they were selling characters' sweets in that blue-sign shop in my past life.

They could have sold sweets called "Maria's cookies" after my death. And then, I might have been able to eat them.

Maria: I brought them fresh from the oven because I couldn't wait for you to eat them. I am glad that you like them.

Maria said this with flushed cheeks.

Yes, this warmth was because they were fresh from the oven, not because they were reheated. 

This taste was something I could only have here.

Hehehe. Even if they had sold sweets in my past life, I wouldn't have been able to eat them fresh from the oven. It really was luxury.

Katarina: Then, just one more.

I ate them one by one while thinking this, but they were so delicious, and before I knew it, I ate every one in the basket.

Anne gave me an astonished look, but Maria happily said,

Maria: I will bake them again.

As thanks for the sweets, I gave Maria lots of vegetables.
