I have my personal blog scribesenpai, but that’s about it. No more RP hijinks for me. Not for a long while, at least. I stay so busy, I’m having a hard enough time updating a fanfic once every week. T__T

ScribeSenpai’s YouTube Launch Extravaganza!

Finally, the fated day is here. After loads of procrastination, frustration, and masturba– er…all sorts of other ‘ations’, my new YouTube channel is launching!

As you’d probably suspect, the channel focuses primarily on anime content, such as reviews, top tens, and live reactions. While there’s certainly a whole wide world of nerd culture related things I want to dive into, I want to stay focused during these early stages of the ScribeSenpai channel. 

So, how can you be a part of this event? 

Head over to the YouTube Channel and subscribe so you can stay up to date with new videos that come out each week!

Check out my live reaction to the Free! Eternal Summer OVA and watch me freak out over water gun fights, or if you’re interested in keeping up with the current season of anime check out the live reactions to Ore Monogatari and Food Wars! I love discussing each episode in the comment sections with other viewers!

happy birthday mun

Oooh! I never saw this! Thank you, it’s been a great birthday month. The celebration is still in full swing, believe me.

Senketsu-mun is a year older today, and since it’s 7 AM on my birthday and I’m awake for some reason, I thought I’d come over here and poke around a bit. I may start writing Kill la Kill drabbles and fanfiction again if people would like to send in requests? Maybe that could be a way to get some life out of this blog. To this day I’m still complimented by people who enjoyed what I did here and it’s deeply flattering because a character like Senketsu doesn’t give you a ton to work with because...well...he’s a kamui. 

Despite my lack of activity here, I’m still very much in love with Kill la Kill. I get so geeky and happy and nostalgic when I watch the dub each weekend on Toonami. I watch it with a group of friends and I think I may annoy them with my constant writhing with excitement, but Kill la Kill is so special to me, and what’s funny is...I’m not even sure why? I’m not one of those fans that overhype the series, I don’t put it very high on my list of personal favorites. I can only attribute my strong feelings towards this series to my time spent here, in this fandom...which is kind of crazy because there have been some real shit heads in this fandom, but damn, there are some of the most talented, sweet, amazing people here as well.

Wow okay this is getting way more emotional than I intended. Anyways, yeah. Thank you all. Even those of you who just like and reblog stuff, y’know? You motivate artists and writers more than you know.

Ayyyy, I got my Satsuki Edition KLK Fanart Book today and it's CLEAN! So quality. And all the other goodies are excellent too. Can't wait to get some of this stuff signed by voice actresses and whatnot.

I get so nostalgic when I watch Kill la Kill. I miss the days when I was really active on this blog and having fun. It's a shell of what once was, but I have incredibly fond memories. Guess I just wanted to wave at everyone and linger around some of those pleasant memories.
