brennan kissing zack’s forehead in the pain in the heart is so special to me. that’s her child, her first intern, the intern that she compares every intern to, the reason why she keeps them all a little distance away but loves them all so so dearly and would do anything and everything for.

the kiss reminds me of when i’m sick and my mom comes and brings me soup and kisses my forehead and makes sure that i’m okay. it’s probably what temperance remembers her mom doing to her when she was little and sick and wanting to carry it on with her family

I like Bones a lot because the title character is a woman who is often rude, imperious, and socially inept in a way that is off-putting and Not Cute and she is still treated like a valid human being with positive qualities and friends and colleagues who Get her even when she is being extremely annoying. It's not something one sees often.

so incredibly based of the bones writers to make Brennan autistic as fuck then have every man who meets her attracted as hell to her AND they dont stop being attracted to her when she does her autism thing, in fact most of the time it makes them more attracted to her.

shes blunt, overly serious, she thinks literally and is extremely competent in her field and the men on this show go "wow that was hot"
