So yes the thing I’ve been writing for the past few months is the movie!

So I have some news...

We are making a feature film to conclude the Heartstopper screen adaptation, based on Heartstopper Volume 6 and the ‘Nick and Charlie’ novella. We are getting to tell the end of the story!!! I’m deeply relieved and so excited about this new creative venture. I’ve written the script and we’re hard at work already. I know you’ll have a lot of questions, and I’ll be able to talk about it more very soon, but for now let’s CELEBRATE! Heartstopper is getting its ending!!!!!! 🍂

Omg i can’t believe it

Omg as if it’s been 3 years today that Heartstopper came on our screens and blessed us with this amazing show, and brought the characters to live from the graphic novel

I can’t believe 3 years have gone by so fast it only felt like yesterday it came out but it’s been 3 amazing yet emotional years

i remember the first time watching this show and been completely hooked on it I couldn’t stop watching it and 3 years later I am still obsessed with it

I just want to thank Alice oseman for this amazing world of heartstopper and bringing it to life from been amazing graphic novel to a wonderful tv series that we can watch over and over again whitch I have

I honestly also want to thank the amazing actors/actresses who also made it come alive like kit, Joe, Jenny, kizzy and all the other amazing actors in the show to watch them grow through the show and also grow up in there own lives just been amazing

Even to this day I will cry watching it

i think i'm roughly (or almost?) halfway through drawing vol 6. feels good! really happy with how it's turning out! proud that i haven't let the series become repetitive, proud of how the story has grown and deepened. relieved that after all this time and all the attention on the series, i still love making it and still love the characters.

Ok… I seen a lot of heartstopper fans thinking, saying that we won’t get a season 4 and so forth so I need my say on the situation I been quiet for so long guys please chill on the situation please keep in mind Alice is a very busy woman at the moment with doing meet and greets, book signings for all us fans she’s also trying to write vol 6 of Heartstopper the last chapter in the volume graphic novel series… it’s not helping all this pressure on the internet about season 4 yes we all love a season 4 and we want to come soon as possible Alice has mentioned that she’s in the talk with Netflix so please guys be careful what you are saying on the internet as I’m sure Alice sees and I don’t think it’s fair for her to be under so much pressure to get vol 6 finishes and make sure that the story is good and also be under pressure to get a season 4 out as well she’s one person guys… so please bear that in mind before posting stuff on the internet… I am sure as soon as alice has finished volume 6 and she’s happy then we will get a better update on a possible season 4 of heartstopper maybe sooner we don’t know but give some time… we have a beautiful 3 seasons already and 5 volumes to read and watch till then 🍂🍂

Had a little meeting with my editor, agent, and publicist yesterday about Vol 6! It's still over a year away but I'm soooooo excited for the release and to have the time and energy to do LOADS and make lots of cool things happen and see lots of readers!! It's always been so hard for me to do that for Heartstopper because I've always had ongoing work that I can't take huge amounts of time away from but I won't have that next year and that's very exciting
