It's been a year

Well, living out of my little RAV4 was a bit chaotic. I couldn’t for the life of me get organized. Plus, Doc, as I called my RAV4 (because my book Doctored paid for it ~ Best-seller, check it out), has developed rust-rot. Due to being located in Wisconsin for so many years, the salt on the highways ate at the poor vehicle and rusted out the bottom. Two mechanics recommended I get rid of it…

I had to drive late into the night for some personal business reasons and I couldn’t help but take these pictures of where I ‘ended’ up. Wall of Trees

It was amazing out beyond Forks and Ruby Beach and further into the peninsula. The trees are more dense than any I have ever seen and they continue on up the mountains. Watch for attack ducks

Last night I watched the most gorgeous sunset.  It wasn’t the sun itself that made it gorgeous but the place I found myself in.  I sat on a park bench next to a pond and I fed the ducks. Now I keep corn and sunflower seeds in a bag in a tote in my car.  I rarely feed them bread because processed bread is bad for wildlife.  Although I grew up among ponds we fed our ducks and geese and birds all…

Camping
