I will not lie to you pals…

I found this season completely disappointing. However, I liked the last episodes and they had fun! I only regret that after so many incredible stories, it ended without a story. However, we had many good things resulting from this journey, and the last eps as well, and among them was this couple who frankly was one of the best ever written by Disney.

Karmi is a female character of color who is as flawed as Hiro and has never been painted as a villain completely and although she has taken a lot of hate unfairly (seriously, Hiro has already tried to kill a person! Apart from the fight with the gang in the film, he it was as annoying as she was!) I loved seeing a girl scientist, good at what she does and allowed to be flawed without being massacred for it and got what she deserved for her actions accordingly, so much so that she was mutated by Diana as the height of it . But she always had her qualities and was never a bad person in the heart, just a good person with bad atitutes like us. Envolving to be the best self in the end. Which as a character has made her great.

Now as a romantic interest, was  amazing to watch! She was the same and different from Hiro, with flaws and much of the similar virtues but still with different personalities. They were complementary and, as much as she did wrong, ironically it only brought out the best in Hiro and then herself. They had to learn to be patient and deal with each other. Because honestly, Hiro has a difficult personality, whoever was going to have that kind of relationship with him would have an attitude just as strong, because to understand him, it would have to have happened the same, and no one comes out of being a saint to be a young genius. Hiro did not leave. Karmi doesn’t either. And it was amazing to see them develop and get where they are.

That was one of the favorite aspects of the series for me, apart from the friendship of the team, Baymax, the villains and other things. Maybe one day Disney will remember this series and end it properly, maybe not. Anyway, we don’t forget. I have some plans of fic for them and here we are…

I actually just finished watching the finale and it was underwhelming to say the least. I really wish we got some Karmiro or at least an appearance from Karmi :’( 

Hopefully Karmi will make an appearance in the new Baymax series in all her 3D glory, fingers crossed!
