I got an L Lawliet mug for Christmas. I don't really use it for tea, since I have larger mugs for just that, but orange juice tastes weirdly better from it.

It's pure white with L squatting on it with his dogs out. I swear this is the only pose they ever put him in on merch, the same image is on my Death Note T-shirts as well.

First of all, agreed, she's really cool and fun.

But I think she's forgotten because she really has a limited screentime.

Let's compare her a bit to Zhanna, another comic only lady, who's really popular (as she should be).

Zhanna is connected to 2 mercenaries, she's Heavy's sister and Soldier's significant other. Heavy and Soldier are the playable characters, with Heavy being tf2's mascot.

Maggie is solely tied to Saxton Hale, who is a bit more obscure than the mercs. As someone a bit newer to the fandom, it took a bit for me to find out what his deal is. Saxton also has much less screentime in the comics, which automatically limits hers.

Zhanna has several notable moments, like getting a necklace of human ears, killing TFC Pyro or fighting robots naked while covered in honey.

Maggie has some funny lines, but that's all they are, just one off funny moments. Maybe she had more planned for the final issue but we won't know unless it comes out.

My favourite thing about re-reading the comics is that every single time I forget about the existence of Maggie until I get around to the scenes with her in them. Literally like erased from my memory until I see her again. Nobody talks about her. Nobody draws or writes about her. She's just kinda forgotten

I know this strays away from my usual content, but I feel it's important to post about this.

Ehab Rida, founder of the GazaDirectAid account on Twitter, along with his team of volunteers, have put together a toy distribution project for the Gazan children who has been displaced in Rafah.

It goes without saying that play is an extremely important part of healthy development for children, and when Palestinian children are having to live through a genocide that is stripping their childhoods and innocence away from them, it's only become even more important for these kids to not only have methods of distracting themselves from the horrors happening to them, but to also have ways to continue experiencing joy and happiness despite what's happening to them.

Please, donate what you can to the GazaDirectAid relief program- Ehab is doing amazing stuff through his work and I highly encourage lending as much support as you can.

Hey gamers!

I've been trying to give my little grain of salt on my own, but I decided it was time to take things a step further, so... I'm offering sketch commissions to help out!

For those unaware, Palestinians in Gaza have been suffering greatly for years, but even more so in the last few months. And while I was already planning on making this post, my country had to face some awful fires that have left tons and tons of people without homes.

So, I'm combining both efforts to help into one! All the help I get to gather through this will 100% go to these two causes one way or another, and just by donating to them yourself you can get a cool sketch of your own choice! How cool is that! While there are mostly grumpuses here in the examples, I can do a great variety of things, so feel free to ask!

Hi if youve seen these two posts on your timeline please stop for a second.

Ive been living in a bad situation for a while, i cant do my laundry, i cant do my cooking, and i cant use the livingroom. Im confined to my room unless i plan to go outside and there is a set of rules i have to follow where if i leave any small mess i will be yelled at.

Following a disagreement where they demanded to speak to me at 11 pm and i refused due to having college tomorrow and knowing i would probably be verbally berated to the point of breakdown, they broke into my room and things escalated. They are kicking me out and i have to pack tonight and leave tomorrow. I cant do anything abt the living arrangement due to it being an unofficial contract. (They were a family friend that offered to house me.)
