Been trying to make kazu flare by trying different methods but I think he just made into his 1st day of ✨Daily Affirmation✨

I am now sure kazu is a chill betta (~￣³￣)~

His ventral fin is doing fine, it's not going back to it's previous curl but it's not getting better either. Asked the local shop and he assumed it might be genetics. As for the the new clamping on his anal fin, i believe it's water hardness. Will be fixing it !

Never knew red cherry shrimps were expensive. $1.25 each.

😱03242022: I'm having a hard time to find the other 3 shrimps, hopefully they just burrowed behind the rock and wood.

I'm having a hard time taking kazu a picture today. He's been actively swimming ever since i gave him more plants ⭐ His color became more opaque and gain more l.blue and blue metalic color!

Finally planted! but due to busy sched and the plants were in the verge of drying out. I had no choice but to plant it randomly. I'll definitely re-plant/design when it's water-change day!

Any tips of how to design it? I only bought the amazon sword and ludwiga rubin! The rest are freebies from the seller 🥰🥰

Decided to share my journey taking care of kazu as a newbie here on tumblr since my family and circle ain't fish people. (No hate on them, it's fine 😁)

🌸March 3: Bought him with his 6x6x8 tank. My neighbor designed his tank w/ a rock and few plants!. (He got no heater, filter and led light)

💸$10 on Kazu, $2 on tank and $2 for same-day delivery

🌸March 9: 5g Tank arrived and attempted to do cycle. (Along with the LED light and filter + Tubifex worm)

🌸March 12: Got impatient. Transferred him to his 5g tank and bought some duckweed ($.3/pack) and 2 pcs frogbit. + Tubifex worms died, I still can't get a hang of how to culture them.

♥️Kazu loves playing with the filter bubbles and peaking thru the hole.

❗My next goal is getting him a 25W heater❗

Don't worry Kazu is doing fine without it. He's pretty active and playful. I guess maybe because I live in a tropical country.

(◕દ◕) Duckweed seller didn't noticed he scooped one if his guppy fry. He said it could be a tuxedo or pingu and that I could keep it for free.
