Do squats!! 🤭
Everytime you go to the bathroom, do 10 squats
Every time you're going to shower, do 10 squats
Do 10 more when you're done (if you can)
Gonna put on deodorant? Squats
Brushing your teeth? Squats
Your muscles will hurt pretty badly when you start doing this, but I promise you'll see results soon. Squats work on your thigh muscles, stomach, arms (if you hold them in front of you) and probably more.
If you have nosy parents and still live with them, they won't even notice you're excercicing when you do this! ✨

reasons to be thin
here’s to new beginnings, to the desire to be thin. to making 48 hour fasts my new normal no matter how much temptation. to only eat 500-1000 calories between each fast and never anymore because i refuse to be a fat cow.
here’s to being skinny like i always wanted. to be beautiful and petite and loved.
here’s to me promising to reach every goal i set. refusing to let myself ever reach my starting weight. heres to teaching a BMI of 14…
heres to being as skinny as i can get no matter the cost. no matter if i lose my teeth. no matter if my hair falls out in wads. no matter if i become anemic and my organs fail and i die, leaving everyone i love behind.
here’s to crying for countless hours questioning why i cant see a little skinny 0 on the scale. crying because food smells so good. crying as i dig through the trash just to eat one bite of food and then force myself to throw it up despite how bad it hurts. to do it again until there’s blood.
here’s to having a swollen gut from my body unable to digest food i need to survive. here’s to wearing a child’s size in clothing and feeling small and beautiful but looking diseased, sick, and scary.
here’s to becoming infertile[F], to no sex drive[F/M].
here’s to losing friends, love, the loss of an ability to walk for five minutes without losing my breath, and here’s to losing myself.
eating disorders are not beautiful.
eating disorders are not a diet.
eating disorders are not a lifestyle.
eating disorders are not a phase.
eating disorders are not a joke.
eating disorders are not for attention.
eating disorders can’t be fixed by “eating a big mac”.
eating disorders do not only happen to skinny, white, teenage girls.
eating disorders are real. they are the most deadly mental illness and take countless lives every single year. they cause pain and suffering to not just the ones who have it, but to those around them.
they are not enjoyable. they are not fun. they are not a trend. they are not something you should want to have. do you want to be suicidal? do you want to hate your body so much that you will literally try to rip off any fat? do you want to faint just from sitting up? that’s right. not just standing. sitting up to grab your glasses, a drink, or your phone charger can potentially be enough to make you faint… do you want to die never knowing how beautiful you are? i don’t care if you’re a boy or a girl or anything in between. beautiful is not just a feminine compliment. you are beautiful. but you’re going down a road that won’t ever let you see that.
if you have an eating disorder, please seek help. seek it now. even if you’re not ready to recover. open that door before it’s too late. make someone aware of what’s going on so if you’re one toe away from the edge they can pull you back.
i don’t care your sex, race, age, or your weight. if you suspect you have an eating disorder- if you even just hate your body and want badly to change it- reach out to someone.
find a healthy way to lose weight. in the end it will actually work faster and have lasting results.
find the ability to love yourself, and then love others and be loved in return.
just because i run this blog, does not mean my opinion on eating disorders is anything but horrible. i do not want this to happen to anyone else. i do not want to see people suffer and die.
i will not apologize for this being a long post because everyone with an eating disorder deserves to have a long post about how it is anything but fun.
i felt the need for everyone to know exactly what an eating disorder is. from it’s pretty face of what we think, to what it really is and how it’s actually hurting us. to do that, i had to tag the most toxic things to ever be allowed on tumblr.
i truly hate these two tags, ‘pro ana’ and ‘pro mia’. i truly wish everyone who uses those tags and means it finds help, because they obviously need it.
it is not okay to promote, or encourage eating disorders. if you are, please think of the lives you could be having a hand in ruining.
stop what you’re doing. stop cheering people on when they’re fasting. stop giving tips on how to eat less. stop encouraging people to cause themselves to die slowly.
please.
i’m tired of watching people die.

☁️random tips☁️
🍒stretching your arm/legs/abdomen helps slim you down A LOT.
i do about 15-20 mins of stretching
-which sounds boring but putting on ur favorite show/playing music gets it over with pretty fast
🍒if you are having trouble with your waist, do planks and side planks.
i know they can be hard but you can work up to longer times.
i do 1min 30sec each side and 2mins regular planks
-it doesn’t really matter how many times you do them, i do them whenever im bored tbh and you see progress fast
🍒doing lots of squats and wall sits help keep your legs toned
i would rather have skinny but toned legs rather than skinny, fatty legs
-try to hold for at least a minute
-the more you do, try to add a little more time (i’ve held for 6-7 minutes once)
—random ass tip that you really dont have to follow—
k so for some weird ass reason, i find it really attractive to have a toned vastus medialis oblique(VMO), which is location on the front of your thigh, right above your kneecap.
this is a little excercise i do to keep that muscle toned:
-sit down on the floor with your back, shoulders, and glutes up against the wall.
-sit up tall and bend your left knee in toward your chest with your left foot flat on the floor. extend your right leg out in front of you with your foot slightly pointing out to the right
-without leaning away from the wall, lift your right leg in the air as high as you can and hold for as long as you can.
-switch legs and repeat.
i dont have a set amount of time i have to hold or how many reps, but you will notice the muscle toning in just a few days.

reasons to be skinny <3
- when your clothes start going from fitting to loose, or even too big to wear at all.
- when people begin to notice you just by you passing by, your thin figure is almost angel-like with your shoulders as your wings.
- being able to move and fit into tight spaces.
- being the lightest person in the whole room.
- itching your wrist or leg and noticing your bones sticking out.
- to have people ask you for tips on how you got it, and you making it look easy.
- going long periods of time without food easily.
- resting your head on your hand in class or work and feeling your sharp jawline cutting into your hand.
- letting yourself know that you fucking did it.

after losing 50 lbs
I still have about 30 more to lose, but some of the things ive noticed after losing weight:
- all my clothes are huge
- i want to take more pictures
- i usually restrict, but even when i do eat it takes much less food to fill me
- saving so much money on food
- i have collarbones???
- my jawline is crazy defined now, before i had a double chin
- my nose is smaller
- my eyes look bigger since my cheeks aren’t in the way
- no more chub rub, my jeans no longer wear out at the crotch
- i can wear riding boots??? they used to not zip over my calves
- i get picked up randomly and with ease by my bf
- getting dressed no longer takes 4 hours with a ton of crying and eventual cancelled plans. going out? throw on a skirt, thigh highs, and a sweater and im set. jeans and a t shirt? looks great.
- everyone constantly tells me how great i look
- my family tells me im getting too thin and my butt and boobs look too small (our culture glorifies overly “thick” women, personally i think it’s gross)

✨How I’ve been losing weight✨
Before I explain how I lost weight this may not be effective in the long run because it’s not very healthy just be aware.
Not pro anything!!!
> Meals
I don’t skip breakfast! I have coffee & fruit usually apples, pears or bananas. And if you’d like to you can add creamer to your coffee
At school I usually only have fruit for lunch and so as the weekends
I drink green tea when I’m hungry usually and chug water until I feel full
When I get home from school I usually have fruit again or pickles because it’s low cal. I don’t have a huge selection of healthy stuff so I eat what there is. Sometimes I also have apple sauce
I usually can’t get away with dinner because parents. So on a day where I can eat whatever I want, I usually have soup, veggies, oats, fruit or 1/2 of a baguette and 1 scrambled egg. If I can I try to finish eating before 9pm
And if I’m craving sugar I usually have a piece of chocolate or 1 lollipop and then I feel good. But don’t turn it into a binge! Control yourself!
> Exercise
I go to the gym 6x a week to make sure that I stay consistent!! Also I don’t do sports so this is my only way of staying in shape. I use to do cross country but then I had to quit, so I continued to stay in shape by making a daily routine.
Make sure to always stretch before and after!! To prevent injuries and improve flexibility. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!
At the gym I usually go on the treadmill for 30 minutes doing speed interval runs. My jog pace is 4.0 and my run pace is 7.0 If I feel a bit more energized I’ll do sprinting intervals. Where my jog pace is 4.0 and run pace is 8.0
Other times when I get tired of the treadmill I’ll go on the elliptical for 30 minutes. Where I choose the random option and set my incline to 5.0 this is a great way to build strength! And I peddle backwards
When the weather is nice or I want to go outside, then I usually do an outdoor run without stopping! Run the whole way at a comfortable pace and be careful of cars. I usually go around my neighborhood.
After working out I also do 5 minutes of Pilates using an app and finally stretch.
You can find a bunch of apps that help with working out.
I usually work out at 4:30pm or 10pm if I have lists of homework or I’m busy.
I’ve been doing this for a while. And personally I’ve lost constantly! Some days I even lost 2lbs over night! This may not work for everyone but it personally works for me. Feel free to message me if you have any questions!

21 days to lose 23lbs
now i don't know if this will work as i haven't ever tried it before (duh) but this is a reallyyyyy high restriction diet that i am hoping will get me to 110lbs (50kg) by christmas. it's a mix of some random diet plans i found and the theory that the abc diet is based on: 'alternating caloric intake'. weigh ins will be based on when i have psych appointments, and if im not getting the results i want i will lower calories for some days :) this will be the hardest thing i have ever done, but i HAVE to do it, i can't give up !!

7th: water fast (weigh in)
8th: water fast
9th: 500
10th: 200
11th: 650
12th: water fast
13th: dry fast
14th: 200 (weigh in)
15th: 800
16th: water fast
17th: water fast

Day 3:
Almost a year ago my mom kicked me out:/ we haven’t talked since. She was super unhealthy for me and im honestly glad I got away but at the end of the day she is still my mother and I would like a relationship with her. I want to get so freaking skinny so that when I see her shes in tears and so she blames herself for me being on the verge of death. Same goes for my father. Haven’t seen him in 7 years but I want him to be scared of me next time we cross paths hehehehehehe.
Also because I want my boyfriend to see how skinny I got when he comes to visit my city in a few months :))))
