Blog Switch

So my time on this blog has ended.

I will be moving tumblrs tonight, getting a fresh start. I am very tired of feeling social obligation and pressure to follow people who do not take an interest in me, who bring me down more than lift me up, and who press my buttons on a regular basis.

I will be giving my blog name out.

A few people expressed concern and distress about not being able to follow me again. The thing is, I want to give you a fresh start, too.

If I have ever posted something that has upset you to the point of tears, that has enraged you to the point of tumblr savioring my name or something I post about, if I have ever wronged you or if you have ever wished I was not on your dashboard-

do not follow my new tumblr.

I do not want you here if you do not want to be here. I won't message anyone asking why they aren't following the new blog. I won't moan, bitch, whine or complain about the lack of followers. I won't press you, judge you- I probably won't even think about it for a few sad seconds. I might not even notice.

TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO BE RID OF ME WITHOUT SHAME, WITHOUT REGRET, WITHOUT ANXIETY. Think very carefully before you follow me, even if I follow you with my new blog.

MY NIGHT IN A BULLETED LIST

under a cut because most of you dgaf

twins had a dentist appointment. sat in the car.

came home, slept for two hours on accident, cranked out essay in 30 minutes

got in half-costume, sharon rescued me, took me to campus to drop essay off

had lunch

came home

prepped for halloween (put up the rest of the decor, set up candy table, finished costume, etc.)

screamed and raged at my pinkie pie wig because it won't fucking stay on and i think it's too small or i'm just too huge (what's new)

ended up saying to hell with it and tossed the wig into the house

passed out candy this whole time

saw minecraft creeper, saw at least 10 captain americas (one holding an iron man head trick-or-treat bucket) and 11 million iron mans

saw deadmou5

saw eggs and bacon parents- their son was captain america

saw mini thor

tons of princesses and an extraordinary amount of rapunzels

got glared at/mocked/insulted by every adult i am related to because of my music choices

family costume- entire cast of scooby doo

end candy-passing shift a half hour before the street opens back up to cars, and walk around the neighborhood to trick-or-treat what's left of the party block

sharon brings purse, i bring nothing, so we trick or treat for her

come back home

clean up/cool off/calm down and tumblr

30 minutes after halloween is 'over' on our street, the doorbell rings.

i dont answer, my stepdad runs downstairs and does just because i have a hard time telling people we're done giving out candy

he says they dont have anything, but then looks over at me, opens the door all the way so that i can see outside, and says "taylor do we have any more candy left?"

i look over, shake my head no, but then get a good look at the people at the door-

20-somethings with no shirts, bowties, black slacks--- chip 'n' dales dancers with delicious upper bodies

immediately head-shaking turns into nod and huge smile and fluttery giggles 

grab handful of candy, walk to door, drop in, nearly scream "THEY WERE SO HOT" as they leave, forgetting the windows are open
