Who among us DOESN'T want to see Verin Thelyss in a skin-tight crop-top~ I am definitely having a lot of fun in my brother's Call of the Netherdeep game and being entirely normal about this NPC!
The other character in this picture is my PC, Cienryl Hyrran, a drow echo knight fighter. She spent about half her life so far as a pirate and dual-wields scimitars.

If you're curious to learn more about some of them, I'll put Toyhouse links here:
Amvyll Temerity Immyraeth Thesseus Queue Dree Totodile
Was inspired by @svenskkaktus' height chart to share one I'd done of my D&D characters. None of these images were actually drawn for this height chart, but I lined them up so they'd be to scale with each other and included names, ages, and heights. The coloured lines represent where their height is actually being measured from, since a lot of them have tall horns or hairstyles~ Except for Q, whose height is being measured from the top of the hat. It's a mystery how tall they'd be without it~
#D&D Height Chart#Got a bunch of characters here~#So many of my female characters end up being around 5'3 and I'm not sure why

That hairstyle meme that’s been going around, blank from here. I had a lot of fun with this, particularly the messy braid for his bedhead look, and I’m very pleased with how shiny and gem-like his eyes look here.

This campaign ended up fizzling out because the DM was too busy with other commitments, but maybe we’ll go back to it one day. I’ve posted about this family before, but recently drew this whole big piece of the four of them. So here again, is my Monk/Cleric, Temerity, her big brother, Cain, and the ghosts of their parents, Persimmon and Erevan. I also included the figures of their parents separately, because I’m pretty pleased with them.

Back in September, I joined a game of Curse of Strahd, playing an archfey warlock of unknown race and origin who mostly just looks like a sentient pile of laundry (or possibly a FF mage). No one knows much about them yet, but they occasionally store things within their cloaks, or pull mysterious items out, like enchanted masks or live birds... or dead birds! Q must always be last!

Since it’s been nearly 2 years since my last photo dump of Amvyll and his girlfriend, Kali, I figured I’d share some of the more recent art I’ve done of them. They actually have technically started dating in-game, but due to plot reasons, Amvyll actually hasn’t seen her for a few months, though he did write her a love letter that she’s cherishing in the meantime. The DM changed his mind on what shape her horns are so that’s why she went from big ram’s horns to little goat horns. I also drew a picture of the two of them as a theoretically older, married couple, because I can!

I realized it’s been a while since I posted something, so here’s some art of a new D&D character of mine. Their name is Immyraeth Laphelkiir, and they’re a genderfluid eladrin ranger of the Horizon Walker conclave. Since an eladrin’s appearance shifts to match the seasons, I designed an adventuring look for them to match each season, including antler-like branches growing from their temples with seasonal foliage. The glowy green pet is Epidote, a haunted Worg skull from the Mournlands. Immry traded a cool rock from their pocket for him. He’s very slimy and lovable. Here’s Immyraeth’s character sheet for anyone interested.

More art of my boy, Amvyll, this time getting cozy with the girl he’s crushing on. In-game he’s only gotten as far as going out drinking with her and telling her she’s pretty, but there’s nothing saying he can’t dream of more. Her name is Kali Atke, and she’s a Tiefling Circle of Dreams Druid. The little Dragonborn girl is Kildara Toriv and she’s Amvyll’s best friend.

It occurred to me that I’ve mentioned Temerity and Cain several times, but I haven’t really posted many pics of them before. They belong to my friend and I, and are long-lost sibling adventurers in a homebrew campaign setting. They’re both dual-classed level 4 characters (3/1) and frequently butt heads. The first couple pics are expression memes that I found. The one of the whole family is this snore meme. If you want to know more about their parents, I’ve made a whole photo set about them, too. The one of just Temerity came from an adorable blush meme. Temerity is drawn in expression C2. The next couple pictures are from the first month of the campaign, the first one being my first picture of Temerity, and the second being her reaction to her first real fight. The rest are all either direct illustrations of events that happened during one of our sessions or a loose interpretation based on something that happened. Temerity didn’t actually pretend to be her brother in that sort of a mocking fashion, but it is entirely within her character to do something like that. By the same token, Cain, while disguised as an elf, did not actually say the quote pictured, but he did comport himself with that general sense of haughtiness while they were in the Elven capital. Temerity did actually threaten to rearrange one of the Drow guards’ face, though, while in the same city. They were being horribly racist and she...wasn’t having any of it.

Okay, so I definitely blame @filibusterfrog for this comic. She made a post asking about whether or not half-elves are sterile and I was INSPIRED~
Persimmon and Erevan were the parents of a couple of Tiefling PCs in a campaign I’m in. There were surely challenges which arose from being an interracial couple, especially given the amount of prejudice in our campaign setting.

Do you ever just fall madly in love with a pair of characters that are (strictly speaking) already dead?
Meet Persimmon and Erevan Waithe. They were once part of a merry band of adventurers before taking up the cause of a particularly desolated village. After a time of working in such close proximity to one another they began to fall in love. They are the parents to my friend and I’s Tiefling half-breed children, a Rogue/Fighter named Cain, and a Monk/Cleric named Temerity. The two siblings didn’t actually meet until Temerity was already 17, as her brother was away when she was saved the night of their parents murder.
This is a collection of drawings I’ve done of my Sunday D&D campaign character’s parents/family. I arranged them how they would fit in a theoretical in-game timeline (despite two of them being basically impossible). The last image was actually drawn during in-game downtime by Temerity, who wanted to draw a happy family portrait of the four of them.
I am pretty happy with my cute little half-elf/tiefling couple, and thought this would be an appropriate post for Valentine’s.

Temerity Elan Waithe: Tiefling Monk (Way of the Four Elements) Neutral Good
"Find a place inside where there's joy, and the joy will burn out the pain." -Joseph Campbell
Her parents were heroes, of that she is certain, though what little she knows of them came in fragments and tales from their surviving friends. Raised in the relative seclusion of a seaside monastery, Temerity never lacked companionship amongst her fellow pupils. Setting out on an adventure to find her missing uncle, a dragonborn who saved her on the night of her parents' murder, she meets a brother she never knew she had. With his experience to temper her naïvete, and her gentle heart to soften his cold pragmatism, the two embark on this journey together. Adventure Awaits Typography

Amvyll Auvry'Torghym: Drow Bard (College of Whispers) Chaotic Good
"My story is a freedom song of struggle. It is about finding one's purpose, how to overcome fear and to stand up for causes bigger than one's self." -Coretta Scott King
Born to the sordid world of the Underdark, Amvyll dreamed as an adolescent of escaping his current life and making a positive difference in the world. When the time came to make his dream a reality, he found that the world above was not as different from the one he had left as he had hoped. Armed with a musical instrument, he tried to gain the trust of the surface folk with a song and a smile, unsure how else to prove his intentions. Taken under the wing of mentors who have a habit of vanishing, Amvyll works to atone for what he can't forget.

Voltha Hamstout: Half-Orc Druid (Circle of the Moon) Chaotic Neutral
"Nature is the source of all true knowledge. She has her own logic, her own laws, she has no effect without cause nor invention without necessity." -Leonardo da Vinci
Slow to trust, Voltha's prickly exterior does not make her many friends. That suits her fine as she has long preferred the company of beasts and plants, creatures which lack the capacity to hide their true intentions. Make it past her barriers, however, and you'll never find a fiercer ally. The trouble, you see, lies in how to approach such a tempestuous woman without incurring harm.

This is a collection of pictures I’ve drawn of one of my D&D characters, a Drow Bard named Amvyll. He ran away from home about 18-months before the campaign started, his freckles are from sun exposure, and the tail is relevant to the plot.
This is page 1 of his character sheet, for anyone curious, current as of the date posted.
