This will most likely get buried and forgotten in less than a week, but I really do have to talk about this- I’m not sure for how much time I can handle pretending that this crap has never happened. I’ll make this short and straight-forward:

Mystery is not a rapist There’s absolutely nothing that has to do with sexual assault in anything I do Sure, the character is still not the greatest guy ever, and sure, my content still touches sensitive topics: it’s psychologic horror But I am not qualified to write anything that has to do with rape And even if I was, I wouldn’t, because it’s unnecessary  I am genuinely sorry for the mistakes I made in the past, I did some sick, gross things and I hurt people because I was a stupid kid that treated the subject of (fictional) rape insensitively. I have no excuse for what I’ve done for I was the one in the wrong But things have changed, I have changed, my whole world has changed I wish people would understand that things can change and that not moving on from the past can be hurtful for both them and their surroundings I don’t expect you to forgive me, but at least don’t use the “Sleepykinq does rape-related art” topic against me because it’s false information at this point

It’s so funny to me imagining the amount of planning, research and precision Clive put into his Future Luke disguise… 

…only for Luke to end up looking like THIS in his early twenties.

I’ve said before that Clive’s Future Luke design looks like a cosplay of younger Luke’s design. He’s got practically the same hat, just a darker shade of blue. You know he’s trying to look very mature with his blue tie and his jacket but then he wears those similar shorts and those KNEE SOCKS. (Why?) 

Clive was probably aware of Luke’s rocky relationship with his father— back in Misthallery and later, when Luke found out from his dad that they were moving away. So Clive ensures Future Luke barely resembles Clark— no beard, wearing lighter shades of blue etc. 

Can you imagine Clive’s OUTRAGE when he sees a photo of 25-year-old Luke in the paper, over ten years later. 

Look at this DORK, with his casual blue JEANS… With his navy blue jacket inspired by Clark… and that tiny FEDORA HAT. Who does Luke Triton think he is? Surely this is an imposter-Luke— Don Paolo in disguise! Clive’s cosplay was SO MUCH MORE authentic. Clive, to this day, still can’t tell how the professor saw through his Future Luke disguise so easily.

The recent controversy over Tumblr sharing data with AI partners is stressful and unpleasant to think about. I'm glad there's an option to opt out of it, but I don't like how it's turned on by default, and I especially don't trust Tumblr with having their artists' best interests in mind (circa "The Purge")

herosun college era snippet (moving from twitter) the whole person A falls first, but B falls harder idea. but also just a fluffy nap

hero falling first for sunny - realizing but then concluding he should keep quiet about it. why would sunny, of all people, like him? probably the biggest reminder of his dead sister? he’s happy to lie low, play it safe, for sunny’s sake. in their college years, they hangout for days on end - they just like each other’s company - it’s calming, and it feels like home.

where else could they, who else really... understood all that pain? they’re chilling in their room one day, sunny almost fully in hero’s lap. hero, unthinking, just slips his arms around his waist, locking his hands around his stomach.

sunny's heart finally drops, and he doesn't find it ever again, only in hero's arms. the butterflies only start from there, and the cute little blushes and cheeks on fire.

hero's mostly thinking: oh, how cute. his ears are red.

meanwhile, sunny's gritting his teeth, trying not to gasp sitting so close next to hero - his arms snaking around him, his right palm gently cupping his face.

after that, they both keep making dumb excuses to hang out and fall all over each other like this - studying, 'hey hero, which class should i pick?', teaching sunny how to bake - he's gotta eat good food, right?

one night, sunny can't sleep - he calls hero over in the dead of the night. he doesn't even blink twice when hero's at his door in minutes, he just knows he can trust him to be there. if he needs him, he knows hero will be there. he just has to call.

so sunny just holds out his hand slowly, offering it to hero - and leads him to his bed. hero raises an eyebrow, but doesn't think to question him. he knows he's just cuddling him for comfort anyway. could you even imagine the nightmares the poor guy has? hero's heart absolutely drops at the thought of it, he knows exactly how hard they can be. helping sunny get some shuteye is the only thing left on his mind as he curls up behind him, gently stroking his soft hair, coaxing him to rest.

sunnys' breath deepens, and hero feels his shoulders relax. he smiles to himself, relief fluttering through his chest. he places a soft kiss on the back of sunny's head, and settles in to sleep himself.

Hey so, since my last post I’ve given stuff a bit more thought, specifically whether I’m comfortable with minors following me or not. I don’t post kink on here anymore so for a bit I was like, “oh it’s fine” but after reflecting more on the history of this account and the art my username is associated with in general… hmmm I’d rather not.

It’s a difficult thing for me to parse generally, because on one hand yeah I think teens engaging with vore, age regression, and other things that can be but aren’t *necessarily* kinky online, that’s okay? And part of me doesn’t wanna stifle that.

But also like, as a 24-year-old it’s kinda fuckin weird for me to wanna implicitly lead that. And I do feel kinda weird giving the thumbs up to teens navigating something that used to be a horny account.

I don’t take issue with minors liking or reblogging my (non-kinky) posts. I think navigating otherwise would be frankly impossible, and I think blocking every ““problematic”” person who favs your art is stupid anyway

Tl;dr moving forward I’m gonna block any minors who follow me. If you are a minor and presently follow me, I’m gonna force an unfollow if you haven’t done so within a week.

This is not meant to shame or anything, yes I’m aware the older kink art on this account can be enjoyed non-sexually. It’s just something I’m personally uncomfortable with and I ask that y’all respect that.

This is one of my made up characters. He's called Sahar and is an alien weasel. This is a 3d model that I made with felt and wire. It is next to another felt character created my friend elswere-1.

He has snake scales and a fish sail on his back. His whiskers are based on a cat fish. I haven't done the model with whiskers because they didn't look right on this version.

This creature doesn't have a species name. But they live more like otters but are the size of little weasels.

I think a lot of people extrapolate that Basil is clingy and obsessive because of how he talks to Sunny before the final fight. He says it’s mean for him to move away, gets furious at him for continually trying to leave him, other irrational things like that.

However, I think what gets lost on many people is that Basil is saying this when he’s hit an emotional low. His primary caretaker just died. One of his old friends nearly drowned him by pushing him into a lake. His best friend, and the only person he can reconcile the guilt of what he did to Mari with, is moving away after four years of isolating himself. Plus, Basil only learned this at all due to a slip-up from Kel; Sunny didn’t even bother to let him know!

The kid was yelling at Sunny while on the verge of taking his own life! He’s bound to say some illogical things. Who’s to say that, once he calmed down, Basil didn’t experience remorse over his words, and recognize that they were completely irrational? Sure, Sunny moving away might feel like a targeted attack to a kid having a mental breakdown, but after gaining more clarity I doubt he’d maintain that view.

I hate it when the Omori fandom shames people who ship Sunnflower because they think it's "trauma bonding", "manipulative" and "abusive", which is simply not true.

Basil isn't "obsessed" with Sunny as people claim, just because a person idolizes and over-relies on someone doesn't mean they're a crazy yandere psycho. He saw one of his closest friends dying in front of his eyes, which left him traumatized, causing all the delusions and the denial. All of the stuff he did (like hanging Mari or "saving" Sunny from Something), he did with good intentions, even if he did end up making things worse. That's his character flaw and it makes him human. He tried his best to protect his friend, and people who say he's toxic or manipulative are just media illiterate.

And the fact that people think that Sunny legitimately hates Basil is so bizarre to me, the game has shown so many times how important Basil is to him. How Sunny dives into the lake, literally risking his own life to save him despite having aquaphobia, or how he and his friends want to find and save Basil in Headspace despite the fact that Basil ruins everything by reminding Sunny of the truth, and it would be easier to forget about Basil altogether, but Sunny doesn't do it because he can't see his dream world without Basil, are all examples of that. He even dreams of hugging him right after Basil stabbed him in the eye, for God's sake.

There are only two moments in the game when the player might think that Sunny dislikes Basil. The first one is when Omori kills Basil in Black Space, but that only happens because Omori wants to protect Sunny from the truth, not because Sunny hates him. The second moment is when Sunny leaves Basil in the bathroom. Again, he does it not because he hates him, but because he's afraid, Basil literally says himself:

"Sunny...W-Why...Why do you look so scared?"

Not angry or disgusted, but scared. Sunny was afraid and it made him leave. And that's Sunny's character flaw, he's afraid to face problems so he runs away from them, hurting people in the process. He didn't abandon his best friend for 4 years on purpose. Only in the final fight with Basil he found the courage to face his fears and stay to save him. Saving Basil is mandatory and without doing it you can't have the good ending and Sunny can't have a healthy, happy life. His healing is tied to Basil and people tend to ignore that.

Omori literally shows that these two care about each other more than anything. And yes, realistically their relationship would be unhealthy at first, but so would every other relationship in the main group, they all have problems that they need to work on, that's why therapy exist. So It's really hypocritical to hate on Sunnflower for being toxic and then ship the other characters.

On that note, If you think people with trauma can't form healthy relationships, don't deserve to be happy and won't ever get better - you're completely wrong.

The whole Sunnflower discourse proves people only see trauma victims through that lens, and completely disregard their previous relationships and characteristics.

Sunny and Basil's struggles make them feel real. Their trauma doesn't have to define them. They can grow and heal and be happy again and if you think otherwise then you completely missed the point of Omori.
