Oh this is so fun, I finally get to introduce myself

Hi, I’m Lola! My pronouns are she/her. I have a personal account, you can ask for it if you want. I think I’ve been fronting enough that you can officially consider me the new host! I don’t know where Kel is but I won’t mess with any of his stuff just in case he comes back. I’m a symptom holder (especially for ADHD) and a factive. I won’t say my source here though because honestly I’m so separated from it that you’d never know what it is anyways!

This account is super small so I really want to start interacting with more people in the system community, I think it’ll be really fun! Just let me know if I’m being annoying.

Some Thoughts on being Twice Diagnosed DID

It's so surreal being now diagnosed with both DID *and* BPD twice now. Both from trauma specialists. The only con to it all is that the only competent therapist is 2hrs away from me, and having weekly in person therapy is going to break my wallet, and it was only possible to see that therapist by jumping through legal, government junk.

However, to all the DID, OSDD, PDID, UDD, and other CDD systems: You don't need ANY diagnosis to be valid. I'm lucky, not many systems have the privilege to be diagnosed once, let alone *twice*. Never be hard on yourself for self diagnosis and being unable to get a 'proper' diagnosis.

we had Unnamed Christian Alter front like almost all day today (mostly at work) and everything about them seems so,, functional ?? theyre so patient and kind and they get along with everyone,, literally nothing like the rest of us

religion is kind of silly for our system because kel is luciferian, mj is a satanist, we have a very very christian alter fronting more often now that keeps trying to make us join a church, we have ANOTHER christian alter that also keeps trying to make us join a church BUT a different one because apparently theyre both christian but different types ??, and the rest of our alters arent religious to my knowledge

our communication is getting so much better. zero still wont talk to me or anything but i think that recognizing what it does for us helps. i think that at first we were kind of scared of it but now i kind of understand

And if you don’t want to lie, then don’t put your age anywhere. Don’t even say whether you’re a minor or not. It is perfectly easy to avoid adult spaces without signposting that you are doing so because you’re a child.

Stating your age doesn’t protect you this only makes you a target.

i just want to say i'm so grateful for the people who have made me feel so valid in everything i've felt with my did experiences. it's refreshing to have some support instead of the usual "you're lying" response. thank you all for being so kind. you're all loved /p - ☕️
