I miss Anduin and the thought of him not being in dragonflight hurts. Yeah I know the expansions not out yet and we don’t know the full story yet or even if he’s going to be in it yet. But still it’s an odd thought of him being absent from an expansion.

This is saying something since I haven’t felt this way since Varian died. I miss him so much.

now that ive had a chance to properly digest the new cinematic i think my biggest beef with it is that when varian, anduins FATHER, appears to him, he makes it about the sword. “this sword was forged with valor and honor” okay yeah that’s great, but an evil god of death just said he owns your son, maybe say “no son, he doesn’t own you, you have the power to break free.” idk it just irks me. i don’t like it.

I don't know who needs to know this but now, when the 'Love is in the air' event is ongoing, Anduin is back in Stormwind. He's just sitting on his throne, receiving all the bracelets and giving Valentine Cards. I was just so happy to see him there 💙💙💙

Like, I'm happy that we save him and I want him to be safe and sound but just not make it like nothing happened.

Spoilers for 9.2 So far the quest lines for chapters 4 and 5 are up. Chapter 5 takes place after the Anduin encounter in the raid and apparently he looks like he’s back to normal as in how he looked like at the beginning of the expansion before 9.1. Only that it appears to be his BFA model not the one from the start of Shadowlands. I’m really really hoping that this is just a place holder for his model and not his final final model for the end of the expansion. That I’m HOPING is just that they haven’t added in his current model yet the one that we’ve seen since 9.1 as it is still very early into the PTR. HOWEVER if the model of him suddenly being back to normal 100% just him being sad with no long lasting or lingering effects is what they are doing/going for I’m going to be fucking pissed! Plus that’s the single most lazy piece of shit writing anyone could write and it’s going to piss people off by doing that!( pardon the language) I like the darker more edgier version of Anduin and the overall look of the current model.
