Caroline Cat was all excited - she would be getting a new owner! Her former owner had forced her to live outside on the porch, even in the worst of weather. Her new owner lived in the same building, and seemed to be the type of human that would let her inside. She promised herself that she would be well behaved with her new owner. She just had to avoid her tendency to knock over plants and scratch the furniture. Caroline Cat had a mischievous streak, but she was determined to be a model feline citizen in her new home.

As she waited for her new owner to arrive, Caroline Cat's tail twitched with excitement. She had heard great things about this human from the other animals in the building. They said she was kind and gentle, with a soft spot for stray cats.

Finally, the door opened and Caroline Cat's new owner walked in. She was even more lovely than Caroline Cat had imagined, with a warm smile and a soothing voice. Caroline Cat rubbed up against her leg, purring loudly, and the human scooped her up in a warm embrace.

"I'm so glad to have you, Caroline Cat," she said. "You're going to love it here. You can sleep on my bed, and I'll even set up a little scratching post for you.”

Caroline Cat purred contentedly, knowing she had found a true friend. And as she settled into her new home, she made good on her promise to be well behaved. Well, most of the time, anyway... old habits can be hard to break!

Once upon a time, in a beautiful underwater kingdom, three mermaids named Marina, Marisa, and Marsha lived in a cozy little coral reef home. One day, while the mermaids were out for a swim, Dreamgirl Stephanie happened upon their home.

Dreamgirl Stephanie knocked on the door, but no one answered. She tried the door and found it unlocked, so she let herself in. Inside, she found three bowls of seaweed soup on the table. She tasted the first bowl, which belonged to Marina, but it was too salty. She tasted the second bowl, which belonged to Marisa, but it was too bland. She tasted the third bowl, which belonged to Marsha, and it was just right.

Next, Dreamgirl Stephanie saw three shells on the floor and decided to take a nap. She tried out the first shell, which belonged to Marina, but it was too hard. She tried out the second shell, which belonged to Marisa, but it was too soft. She tried out the third shell, which belonged to Marsha, and it was just right.

Meanwhile, the three mermaids returned home and found Dreamgirl Stephanie fast asleep in Marsha's shell. They woke her up and asked her why she had eaten their soup and slept in their shells. Dreamgirl Stephanie apologized and promised to make it up to them.

The mermaids forgave Dreamgirl Stephanie and invited her to stay for dinner. From then on, Dreamgirl Stephanie visited the mermaids often and learned all about their underwater world.
