Do you think there's anything that can be done with them the way they are, knowing what you know about the limited number of bosses killable in a group, or do you think I would need at least specific 70s for access/barrows gear? Aw, how lovely! Thank you so much! ;; For 3 random facts about myself? let's see if I can keep it neutral: 1. Apparently I'm drawn to farming content in any and all games I play. 2. If there are two villains who aren't blood related in any given piece of media, written or visual, who are on neutral to positive terms with one another, I have a 75% likelihood of not only shipping them together but liking their ship more than any other ship in the fandom. It won't necessarily make me like or justify the characters, their behavior or their villainous motivation, but I WILL ship them. 3. I've been working on my own ("original", I suppose, even if using that word feels so weird in a time when it feels like everything already exists, you know?) writing project for over a decade now. It's still not finished. Yeah, I know, I'm very slow. Also, very annoyingly and without meaning to, (and probably as a result of #2,) my favourite relationships I've written in it are between the villains. Not at all what I intended when I started it. Oops...? As for 5 things that make me happy... 1. Days off 2. Temperatures of 15-24°C 3. Music 4. A cold wind or breeze. Especially during summer. 5. Lying down. On a hopefully comfy pillow. This game is such a lonely experience sometimes. If you're not good @ combat specifically, you're kind of on your own. And god forbid you want to learn but you got bad stats or bad gear. Then you're surrounded by people who can tank everything and dps for insane numbers but feel even more isolated than normally.

Sorry if this is weird but i was snooping through your blog but you helped make the bunny prayer combat pet design!!??! That was such a huge blast of nostalgia stumbling upon that and it was the sickest design in that competition, I even remember convincing some of my clan mates at the time to vote for it. Hope the rest of your week is amazing

Ahh that's so sweet of you to say, thank you Anon!!! (And it's not that weird, scrolling through a blog for awhile. I'm just surprised you made it so far down without getting bored or cringed out of your mind lmao).

To be fair it was mostly Tangle really, off of the idea of the animal inspired prif clan sigils being just… their own living creature selves along with the owl and stag. I recommend going through their art too But I suppose I do have some part in the hefbun going from a Hare into more of a Bunny, the prayer icon fur marking and the cleansing stone collar/necklace. I had a pet bunny myself until recently. They're sweet, wonderful fur babies and it's a bit of a shame we don't have more fluffy bunny pets ingame. They're truly blameless little angels, you know?

And thank you so much for voting for him back in the day!!! It is what it is and the winner's the winner, but I feel a little bad that now there IS a Hefin hare pet ingame from those yak tracks too so there's no chance of getting a Hefin BUNNY... oh well. (Do forgive me for the horribly late answer. I had to deal with no internet, constantly, for almost the whole of last month. All ISPs are bad etc.)

Actually, since no one gratz'ing me when I achieve something I'm happy with is starting to get old, I'm putting these here now.

Shout out to the level 90-100-something combat people who take time out of their evening to start boxing feral vampyres near the morytania herb patch armed with nothing but magic secateurs and a prayer to protect my noob ass when I'm trying to harvest toadflax and fail at trapping em. You guys are legends and I owe you my life.

3 weeks later than I should have uploaded this (because 2024 has been hell so far) but I'm just putting these here. 367.8m exp gained on main in 2023 (172 levels, but with necro... does that even count?) 284.5m exp gained on the iron in 2023 (156 levels, 194 if you count virtual which I haven't toggled on til now. Real number's somewhere in between I guess.)

Insanely good year somehow, exp-gainz-wise. Not very good progress towards the other goals though. Shame on me. I also want to include my osrs account here, for which I lack precise statistics but it gained somewhere around 200 total levels I think, so that's pretty neat. Almost 80 combat as of now.

Eh. Anyway. It is what it is.

That was my year up to now. I didn’t do it last year so I don’t quite have anything to compare it to. Good thing I tagged my level ups by month. Or at least most of them. Oops. Anyway here’s some data I could go back to this time next year.  Also, lord help my ironman in 2018, because I sure as hell am too busy to.
