been meaning to send this message for WEEKS but life just kept on happening alas. hello! hi! just wanted to drop by and go !!!!! about your art for a second cuz i just can't stop thinking about it. everything about it is so indescribably immaculate i Cannot get over it

like!!!!! your mastery of linework and sharp, bold shapes in particular is so??? striking???? it all reminds me of a comic book of sorts -- which i suppose makes sense!!! but still takes an immense amount of skill to pull off [and that's not even getting into your riso-style art, over which i have been so thoroughly losing my mind i'd say]

and x2 that's not to mention your sheer power with designs and colour!!!! and especially the way you put so much life and character into every single drawing [and the way you wrangle those angular shapes in particular]!!!!!! it's all just so incredible to behold. like straight up i'm not kidding when i say i've gasped out loud upon seeing your art before. get you art so slick it makes you involuntarily go "oh my god??????" Out Loud

and you yourself just seem like a lovely person across the board!!!! seeing you around, no matter how briefly, really is always a highlight of any day <3 [and i have absolutely passed your stuff around a good few times now while pointing with such delight in my heart because it's You it's all so !!!!!]

for now i must, alas, return to the mines of Big Art Project but i'd love to chat more sometime!!! be it over here or discord, whatever works o7 take care and have a good one!!!! pat yourself on the back just overall also!!!!

You'll have to forgive me I'm terrible at responding to praise but?? Thank you???? Thank you oh my gosh this made my entire week I think. Maybe my month? You're far too kind. It is difficult to put into words what I'm feeling here but I'm incredibly touched and just. AGH. agh.

I do think it’s a little funny how relatively simple/stylized/toony? my GGG art is in comparison to my non-GGG art is. Not in a bad way I’m enjoying the ways its taken me outside my comfort zone but working on non-GGG art has me sitting here like Right I’m a horror comic enthusiast

I mentioned it in the original tags but I thought I'd give you guys a look behind the curtain- this was all done on three multiply layers of solid color to achieve the risograph look, using colors based on actual riso inks!
