An experienced corporate and litigation attorney licensed in all Minnesota and Wisconsin state and federal courts, Kevin E. Giebel provides outside general counsel to multinational corporations in risk management, planning, contracts, and legislative lobbying. He's especially versed in contract negotiation and management, employment law, and regulatory compliance. Kevin Giebel has represented energy, software and support, and biomedical and clinical businesses, among other clients. Kevin E. Giebel is a former senior corporate attorney for Anastasi Jellum, where his services included general lender corporate operations, governmental lending, and enforcement and liquidation. Before that, he spent more than a decade in executive counsel roles for Koch Companies. At Koch, he facilitated agreements for mergers and acquisitions while exercising proper due diligence, reviewed and negotiated key contracts, supervised outside counsel, and set internal governance policies. Mr. Giebel has been working as an outside counsel to organizations since 2006 and has prior experience as a city and county attorney. He earned his juris doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where he graduated with honors, and holds a bachelor of arts in economics from Saint John's University.
