TRIXIE - their voice. every single line of theirs is so fun to quote. trubbles…

MERA - her design is my favourite of these five for sure

ZORA - her epithet, and the time/sun theming that come from it, the life/death theming that comes from that, and Zoras own relationship with death. (so, my favourite thing about Zora is her theming, not her epithet. but her epithet is also pretty sick)

theres this thing i saw a while back where people would draw a character lying on top of another character applying makeup to them

anyway, which is which, do you think for yoom or nave. i could see either.

Yoomtah probably knows how to do her own makeup in 5 seconds flat, so it’d be a waste of time for anyone else to do it. And I think if they tried to, she could Not Sit Still to save her life.

She has plenty of ideas, and Naven would be fine with being a canvas for her to experiment with + He likes to feel pretty<3 However, It is a gamble on whether he’s coming out of the makeup session with eyeshadow, eyeliner, and blush, or Rainbow Glitter Clown Makeup. Yoom does it so fast that he can’t really guess what she’s going for until it’s finished, but it’s always very skillfully done. He’s not complaining when he’s prettied up to look like a sea monster. That’s sick as hell.

Okay I got a few things to say:

1) You cursed me by sending me that tier list. I have been using it for my hcs now and I am unstoppable. Thank you but also dang it.

2) Favorite characters of the Museum and the Cowboy Arc?

3) Favorite Giovanni's minion? (I like them and would like to know if you are a Gio's Boys truther as well)

1) YIPPEE. the curse<3

2) Mera for the museum arc, and Zora for redwood. (However recently I have felt pretty strongly about Howie. Everyone start caring about him Now.)

3) I am devastatingly not a Gios Boys Truther. I am not a Falser either, I do enjoy them, but I have upwards of 0 headcanons about them.

My favourite of Gios Boys is flippy floppy between Spike and Ben. Spike has a good voice and design (Her out-of-banzai uniform shares some colours with Skullkid, (Stinks friend) because they’re siblings!) but Ben has got fun fan content and is otherwise just a neat lil’ stinker of a guy. All of the boys are kind of on the same level of “unimportant but fun side character” to me, so I might have a different favourite eventually if they get more development… but I’m not particularly betting on it.

best lemon flavoured thing?

I honestly haven’t actually had a varied enough palette of Lemon Flavoured Things to definitively say, but there’s a local bakery here that makes really good lemon tarts. And instead of eating them normally I like to mix them into themselves. They’re just dough crust, lemon jelly, and whipped cream, but I mix it into mush so that it’s 1 consistent flavour throughout, and also so I eat them slower, because if I didn’t mushify them they’d be gone in 5 seconds. my mush #mymush

oh, also, the jolly rancher pink lemonade flavoured lollipops are great. I haven’t had more than like, 3 lemonades in my life, but I think that for a lollipop, they mimic the taste of pink lemonade pretty well

lion have you seen the new art of indus and mera on bluesky. indus has a bit of a different body type now and mera is going to make me ill the second the museum arc novelization comes out. aughhgh

i did!! i saw it last night!!! im very happy to see indus looks less dehydrated now lol. i also saw the image they teased featuring mera from a few days ago, and her expression, the scratches on her face, along with the green reflection in her eyes are all really really good. bo is unsurprisingly doing an amazing job with all their illustrative work on the series ^^ its kinda awesome seeing someone who made really cool fanart of the show back when it first came out become the lead illustrator for it

and even though i have not read prison of plastic, i do think i will be checking out the novelization of the museum arc. both for the art but also for the characterization. i hold that story very near and dear to me and id love to be able to revisit it through a different medium. especially when it comes to mera. if we're gonna be getting more in depth characterization id very curious to see what we get out of her. either way id like to see her again <3
