This is the debut single of a new adventure by Kristian Craig Robinson aka Capitol K renowned producer and engineer of London’s‬‭ tastemaking hub‬‭ Total Refreshment Centre‬ together with the extensively touring Vienna born London based woodwind specialist and composer Guido Spannocchi.

It’s that superfood juice and effortless health diet, it's the beach body without even lifting a finger except maybe your index which presses "play" and regressively heals you back to that pool of innocence that we all seek momentary solace in as we endeavour to ‘carry on’ In the post everything epoch..

The tools and environment being Kristian’s former base at the Total Refreshment Centre studio, the heart of the production being a 1⁄2” 8 track Otari tape machine set as a tape loop recording system, a number of vintage synthesisers and drum machines as well Guido’s assortments of woodwind instruments from Baritone to Alto Sax, Clarinets, Flute and of course a range of percussion, found objects and on occasion a Tascam cassette tape 4 track.
