Slowly, Yami blinked once before a frown made itself evident. Was this the only reason for his appearance, asking for Yugi to switch, disrupting him from his studies ? In order to duel ? He can understand his want in taking back the title of ❛ King of Games ❜ that used to be his, but wasn’t this going a little too far ? An inaudible sigh leaves him, gathering all the remaining patience he had left; he wasn’t in the mood to talk much to anyone — Yugi really the only exception, though he was busy worrying over school, leaving him to his musings; good or bad — so he certainly didn’t have any real desire for card games and dueling. ❝ My answer will not change, Kaiba; no. ❞ / @khatkhu.  

              a  sigh  .  heavy  with  annoyance  .  rang  through  his  throat  ,  before  arms  crossed  around  his  chest  .  sure  ,  he  had  challenged  the  other  for  a  duel  one  -  too  -  many  times  before  .  today  was  not  a  day  as  such  .  left  hand  freeing  itself  from  where  it  was  tucked  away  under  the  other  side’s  elbow  .  palm  towards  the  sky  .  a  sad  attempt  at  gesturing  some  kind  of  openness  .     ❛     actually  -    ❜       clearing  his  throat  before  continuing  .  

    ❛    i  was  wondering  if  you  were  free  later  this  evening  .  i  have  an  event  to  host  and  could  use  some  assistance  with  the  reception  .    ❜        if  the  event  wasn’t  taking  place  so  late  ,  he’d  have  asked  his  younger  brother  .  he  possessed  manners  good  enough  to  be  part  of  something  like  this  .  considering  the  time  ,  however  ,  he  couldn’t  possibly  ask  his  younger  sibling  .  the  rest  of  his  . . .   acquaintances  . . .  disqualified  for  other  reasons  .
