I found some similarities between three characters from different franchises. 😈

Starscream(IDW), Loki(Marvel), and Commander Peepers(Wander Over Yonder) share a certain clownishness and tragedy in their personalities. They are primarily presented to the audience as the shadows of the main characters, often in a humorous manner (Starscream-Megatron, Loki-Thor-Odin, and Peepers-Lord Hater). However, beneath their surface lies a sense of dissatisfaction, envy, and resentment. Some are more pronounced, some are less.

They are ambitious, dramatic, cunning, and manipulative.
