Things that I either forget to do but make my brain happier when I do them:

Brush teeth

Shower

Change sheets

Take my empty cups to kitchen

Throw garbage away

Fold laundry

Take a little walk/sit outside for a bit/open windows for fresh air

I recommend any of these to those of you who struggle with chronic pain/depression/health issues if you find yourself overwhelmed for "literally no good reason"

Being overwhelmed for ????? reason is usually a sign there's something basic you're forgetting to do.

if I was a doctor I would come home from work and say to my boyfriend and be like i diagnose you with cuddle your boyfriend disease the treatment is to cuddle your boyfriend and then we would cuddle and I would be like I diagnose myself with love my boyfriend syndrome

It's all "be gay do crimes" "cringe culture is dead uwu" until y'all lay your eyes upon someone genuinely weird/transgressive like nonhuman-identifying people, or kinky people, or even neurodivergent people who can't mask to your satisfaction and suddenly y'all are chomping at the bit to become attack dogs for an oppressive social order/"normalcy"
