         Watching as the female’s lips pouted as he spoke. Damon could tell that the female was thinking carefully about what he had said. Damon could tell by the time it took for the raven haired fox to answer, that she wanted to think about his question carefully. ❝ Me personally I was never the ‘do the right thing’ kind of person,❞ Damon said smirking slightly, ❝ You see this town knows about supernatural, but they kept it hidden from anyone who wasn’t apart of the founding families. ❞   

         Damon smiled as Kira explained that she you be ignorant if she were to think that vampires didn’t exist after all the things she had witnessed, ❝ I’m sure you have— you just don’t know it because they also prefer to keep their true identities unknown, unless it directly benefits them,❞ Damon said pausing slightly with a smile, ❝ well at least the one you met does,❞ Damon said winking at her subtly, ❝ a werewolf bite is actually fatal to vampires.❞  

❝ Or from anyone else who’s supernatural, apparently, ❞ she grinned with a small chuckle referring to herself and her mother, which quickly dissipated suddenly realizing how serious this conversation was. The way he was speaking of vampires was as though.... he was one ? The fox wouldn’t doubt it if he was. He stank of death. Still, she kept silent. 

And there was the confirmation. Damon didn’t seem stupid enough to play dumb -- although she was sure he could, given his looks. It was probably a good weapon in the past.  ❝ I thought you were, ❞ she grinned with a laugh.  ❝ I didn’t want to say anything since I could smell it... didn’t want to be rude, y’know ? I’m sure you smell delightful with cologne on. ❞

Again, that was something she wasn’t aware of. Thinking back, the fox should have looked through the Argent’s bestiary when she had a chance.  ❝ I hope “benefitting” is a good thing. ❞ The vampire was still hard to read. Despite his attitude and reassurance that he wasn’t as good as he said he was, Kira felt that his words weren’t all entirely true.
