Well I fucked up and really slacked off and I’m regretting it for sure... my body is almost back to where I started a year ago and it’s my own fault. There will always be road block and stumbling points on our journey but what really matters is that we learn from our mistakes and always do our best to come back stronger than ever.
I’m making a fresh starts and plan to far exceed my progress I’ve had over the last year... diet changes are being made, workout habits are being changed, and a new lifestyle is in the future!

Well it’s officially been 1 year since I decided to begin this journey. This past year has had it ups and downs and I’ve stumbled with many obstacles throughout but I keep pushing on. Even when I have a stumble, be it 2 days or 2 months I just keep coming back.
Am I where I hoped I’d be a year into this?
No absolutely not I had much higher expectations for myself, however I have still come a long way from where I was and I will continue to do so!
The only way to truly fail at anything is to give up on it...
