Damn it sounds like you’ve been through a lot...

It’s good that you can now focus on yourself and concentrate on other important things. Remember: it’s important to love yourself first. Give yourself a treat. Don’t overwork your mind or your body, or you will regret it afterwards. 

After my breakup, that’s what I learnt. Looking after myself became very important and I made sure to take care of my mental health and keep my head up high. 

I suggest finding something to do that makes you happy. Some good examples are drawing or reading a good book. 

For me, it’s either singing my lungs out or learning new dances (and sometimes I like to post some dance covers on my TikTok page lol). 

Don’t forget! You’re amazing! You are a strong individual person, no matter who you are, or what you’ve been through. Keep your head up high and keep persevering! Everything will turn out ok in the end.
