Finally Home. I'm Dead.... Today was the hardest, but best run&workout I've done. Didn't beat my 4 miles but I walked less and ran a lot longer than I have. I did not want to go at first but pushed myself. Drove straight there instead of going home and being lazy. So glad I did! I feel tired and sore but I wouldn't want it any other way. "The voice in your head that says you can't do this is a liar" 😃😴💪🏼💜🏃🏽

It was the greatest feeling in the world being back on a track. Trying to condition myself to running the mile, no stopping. It's not easy for me. I've always been a sprinter but now I want to run longer distances. After 2 hrs today I still did not want to leave...... "It never gets easier, you just get stronger" (at Aviation Field and Track)

An amazing thing happens when you cut out all the toxic things surrounding you. Lose the bad thoughts, drop the bad habits, cut out the bad foods.... At 28 years old life is finally feeling like it should have. I am learning how to love myself and treat my body right with exercise and healthy foods. I want be a good role model to my boys. I try to stay positive everyday. Only offer words of positivity or my help. I've definitely grown up a bit in the last year. I feel blessed and I can not complain.
