A while ago I had an epiphany that I should try drawing The Third Mates in a Tove Jansson/Moomins inspired style. I drew them but the heads are too small in the first few drawings and also my Hank design isn't quite working as I would like it to. Also I have not realĺy studied the Moomin style, I mostly did these with the Finnish experience of being surrounded by Moomin mugs and bedsheets all the time. Also Irina's there too.
