E-Commerce - Needed Or Not?

E-Commerce means a type of business or commercial transaction that is done via web. The business can be a consumer based retail site, a music site, a book store, a business trending goods or exchanges services with corporations. Nowadays, E-Commerce is becoming the best shopping solution to most of the world.

E-commerce websites allows users to purchase and/or exchange products or services electronically without the barriers of geographical limitations. It reduces time and cost by serving the needy products on the one touch of the internet.

There are three types of E-Commerce:

1) B2B(Business To Business) -

  In this type transactions and service exchanges are done between two businesses only. They can be manufacturers, retailers or traders.

2) B2C (Business To Customer) -

This type of E-Commerce have exchanges between Business and Customers. The Businesses provide services and/or products to end-users. And at other side the Customers pay to Business for that.

3) C2C(Customer To Customer) - 

Auctions Sites are example of the C2C type E-Commerce. Where no business involved, all exchanges done between end-users.

Using E-Commerce you can buy and sell almost everything at your home or office in this 21st century. You do not have to waste your time and money buy going out in the market to select and purchase goods required to you. You can compare each of the product or services on number of sites and it gives you the best for your investments.

On the other hand businesses who use E-Commerce not need to promote their products and services to individuals. Making an E-Commerce websites help them to get in touch with customers. It increases their revenue and lets them to give discounts on their services and products to attract more customers, which leads to increase their profits, and the customers get services at lesser price.

In general, E-Commerce will continue to grow in the global market and eventually, it will become a must to develop business plan for industry to stay in the market and be competitive to others. And for end-users if they want to save their time and money to buy or sell services and/or products, E-Commerce is the best solution for them.
